This was an excellent deal. The price was good and the quality was great. They cleaned up very well. There was no mildew smell afterwards.

The service was outstanding. Technician arrived on-time, was respectful and courteous. The work was excellent.

Was on time. Very professional. Carpets were cleaned quickly and the results were excellent.

The job from Oxymagic of the Carolinas was okay. I would tell people to just be careful. I would probably not recommend them, to be honest. First thing the guy said when he came out here, and he's the co-owner of the company, is "We would have charged more than this if we had known these houses were this big." Our house is not that big. It's 3,200 square feet, maybe. But he went on about that several times. When I talked to his wife, I had told her exactly how many rooms and how many bedrooms and the square footage of the house. Then he did a real quick job, less than an hour. It was three bedrooms, a furnace room, the hall and stairs. He did that in less than an hour, by himself. When another company comes out, it takes them two people. He didn't move any of the furniture, but at least a small little table or a magazine rack. Nothing was moved, at all. There were a lot of dirty areas. So, he did came back and did a couple of areas. But the whole time, it was like, why this wasn't moved or how they don't move things. I've never had somebody come out and not pick up a little plant that weighs five pounds and move it over. Not only that, but they didn't even bother to go around things, like chairs. There's a whole side of our den that he didn't clean at all and it was right out in the open. It was pretty bad. I even said, maybe they're a new company starting out and all, but I won't use them again. They were pretty bad.

At first, I wanted to schedule on a particular day to fit my schedule. This was on short notice to the provider. They were not originally able to fit my schedule, but were able to work it out where another appointment of theirs fell through on the day I had wanted. Their communication was very effective and timely in being able to accommodate my desired time. On the day of the appointment, the provider called ahead and asked if he could come early since he was running ahead of schedule. I obliged and, in about an hour, he was headed to his next appointment. The cleaning process seems pretty quick. My house is going on three years old, with two dogs and two cats, plus some occasional foster dogs doing their best to wear out the carpeting. This was the first time the carpets had been cleaned since we bought the house. Overall, I was very pleased with the results. I knew going into this that I was not expecting the carpets to look brand new again, but they came out pretty close! Only a couple of the red clay stains are faintly noticeable. The provider was very personable and even educated me on the process of removing a stain. I will definitely be using this company again.

I left a lock box on the door and they left themselves in, they did the cleaning and that was it.

They came on time and they were courteous. The machine that they used apparently doesn’t get to the edge so there is a band around the edge that they did not clean. I was a little disappointed that they couldn't clean the carpet to the edge. They didn't offer to do the edge of the carpet in another way.

Very easy to schedule the appointment as I was not in a rush. Called in advance of arrival and were able to come early. Process was not time consuming and was able to walk on the carpet within a couple of hours.

It was good. They were very nice. They were prompt and the price was right.

Oxymagic carpet cleaning acted like a partner in planning the work to be done at my house. The owner/cleaner explained the advantages of using a green company, pointed out what "spots" could be removed from my carpet, which ones wouldn't react to the treatment, how long the process would take, and noted other jobs he could do for me.

The service turned out fine.There were still some spots left, but I don't think that they were going to get those out.

Very quick...less than an hour. Frieze carpeting (white) had depressed path areas that did not come as clean as the other areas. Overall it came out pretty clean.

Went great. They were punctual did a nice job. They called me after to make sure I was happy.

The carpet cleaning services were good. Items to consider before selecting this company: 1. Single employee services so they are not able to move larger pieces of furniture 2. They use smaller (portable) cleaning machines that do not pump out to a van or truck system 3. Their vehicles are not marked with any type of idenification ( Believed to use personal vehicles)

They arrived on time did a great job and gave followup instructions and left.

I called and they were able to come the next morning. Prompt, courteous and professional. The carpet looked great and dried quickly, ready for an open house. There were two permanent ink stains they were unable to remove.

The carpet was fine. They use a "green" no-water cleaning option. It wasn't any better or worse than regular carpet cleaning. The couch I wasn't very impressed with though. The technician that came did what I expected.

The service provider was very polite and on time. However he only took 1 1/2 hours to clean 2000 square feet of carpeting and two staircases. I had areas that needed extra attention and they did not make much difference if any in their appearance. Also he informed me that their equipment was not able to get close to the baseboards so they couldn't do anything with the dark lines that had formed near the edges. Overall it was a waste of money. I had another cleaner come in afterwards who's equipment did a much better job on the lines and areas that had severe stains. He spent over 2 and a half hours on the upstairs alone! Save your money unless you just want a nice guy that leaves your carpets smelling ( not looking ) nice.

They did a wonderful job. The carpets looked great afterwards.

Carpet cleaning is tough. Spots that you expect to come out might not ever no matter what happens. But most of the surface dirt and dingy color was removed. Some of the bigger spots looked good at first but came back in a few days. Sofa cleaning was perfect. Best part was how quickly it was dry. Probably only a few hrs. This is the second time I have used them and for the price I am very impressed.

The gentleman appeared at our house right on time. He was courteous and professional, and completely the job quickly and competently.

Technician came in and quickly went to work, machine picked up dog hair I thought I had gotten with vacuum. Overall pleased with the results.
