It was Christmas vacation, family in town. Sewer backed up called late in the day. He came out first thing in the morning. Snaked the line, did not wake the family (babies and all). Did a great job. Very nice, provided ways to prevent it from happing again. Price very reasonable. Will definitely hire him again.

Our main sewer line backed up on late last Thursday night and I gave Dave a call around 10:30 pm and left him a voicemail. Dave returned my call early the next day and we scheduled a time to meet that was convenient for me. Dave who very personable, showed up at our scheduled time and was diligent to find what causing my drainage problem. We ran into an issue attempting to locate the sewer cleanout cap. Dave continued to look without hesitation to find this sewer cleanup cap as to avoid charging me more money if he had to snake the clog from inside of my house. Dave being an experienced plumber finally located the sewer cleanout cap in the back of my home (not the norm) which was buried underneath about a foot or so down underneath a flower bush. In no time Dave was able to snake the clogged drain free and we were back in business. Dave is great and I definitely will use his services again if needed. Dave is also a Veteran and I greatly appreciate his service to our country. Would highly recommend.

Dave answered the call for blocked plumbing that was causing backup in my downstairs shower. Showed up as scheduled and located the blockage from the outside and some digging. Dave very personable and I would definitely recommend and hire again.

As noted above Dave solved the problem leaving a very great-full customer. I paid the "success price" he quoted prior to starting the job. It was a pleasure having him here, I now know who I will call when ever I need a plumber,

Called the first day in the morning. Came over after a busy day at 5:30pm. After snaking with 100 feet of line, could not clear line, since the run of my sewer line to the street is about 110 feet. Most sewer unclogging companies carry only 75 feet. Promised to return the next day. Arrived at 7pm. Yes a very long day. Success with the additional feet used in the line. Finished up at 8:30pm after cleanup !!!! And this is a Friday night before a holiday weekend!!That was a great effort. Thank you DAVE. I highly recommend.

Dave was very professional and courteous right from the first phone call. Got same day appointment. He quickly got to work and unclogged the sewer line. He explained all our questions very patiently. We highly recommend him.

Dave, the owner showed up on time and cleared my clog where a tree's roots had moved and penetrated the pipe. He knew exactly where the clog would be and quickly solved the problem. The cost was less than I had expected and I was happy to pay after trying to fix it myself for days. This is one job I'll leave to this professional from now on!

Dave answered his phone on the first call and came out within 24 hours. He was on time, quick (completed in about an hour) and courteous. I thought his price was fair and I was happy with his work. I will definitely use Dave again in the future.

Our main sewer line backed up on a Saturday morning. I called Dave and he was at our house within an hour. Due to the age of our house, he could not unclog the line from outside. This had to be done by entering our crawlspace. He also had to remove a portion of the old iron pipe to do so. This was a difficult task, but Dave completed the work with a smile on his face. He found a portion of our main sewer line that was deteriorating due to age. He agreed to come back and replace that section with PVC when he had the materials to do so. Dave came back a couple days later and finished the job (I later discovered that he had left the old section of pipe in our crawlspace). BUT it's 2 months later and our sewer line is backed up again. This time I decided to use a different company because I suspected tree roots were the cause of the problem. Turns out the new company I used went further than Dave did to diagnose the problem and locate exactly where in my yard the roots were growing into the main sewer line. I will need to have a portion of the sewer line replaced. This follow up work has cost me hundreds of extra dollars and headache. Dave is great if all you need is your sewer line unclogged, but do not expect him to go above and beyond to diagnose any additional problems you may have. I will not use him in the future.

We had a huge emergency. Our sewer drain pipe suddenly clogged and caused the toilet in the downstairs bathroom to overflow. I immediately called Dave. He came over within the hour on a Friday night and promptly cleared the drain for us. Dave is great and we are definitely recommending him and using him in the future.

Dave arrived on time, as promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within 30 minutes.

Dave was on time, pleasant, solved the problem, explained what he was doing and why. Then I paid him, we said thanks and good-bye. That was that. Now all the stuff goes "woosh" like it should.

Worked great when he left. This bathroom is almost never used but we started to use it last month because of our bathroom being remodeled. Immediately, I noticed the sink was very slow to drain. It is pretty unusable. I called the company even though it had been 4 months and they said it was only guaranteed for 3 months. We're out of luck even though it was only used a few times in that period and nothing was dropped in there to clog it. The man who came out was very nice but I don't like their refusal to make it right without charging us full price again. Called Dave again and he agreed to come out at no charge and clean the drain. He just left and the drain is working well.

This was an early evening panic of a drain to the sewer backup...of course with a houseguest arriving the next morning who would be using that bathroom. Drain OK made a late night call, fixed the problem and made suggestions to keep such from happening again, We couldn't be happier with the service.

I was out of town and got a call from a tenant about a drain line leaking into the garage. I called Dave on Saturday, He looked at the issue on Sunday and fixed it on Monday. Met him for the first time on Tuesday to pay him. I will use him again what a life saver!

Dave is great! I called with what I feared was a major plumbing problem because my house is very old. Dave arrived on time and assessed my problems quickly. He had to remove my toilet to be able to get to my line but only because I apparently don't have a clean out valve. That was an additional cost but I didn't think it was unreasonable. He went in with the big machine from the start because of the long distance from the toilet to the street and he knew that I was on a strict time table so I really appreciated that. Dave resolved my problem very quickly. I had asked about having a clean out valve added to my line and he told me that since that was my first time having problems, he didn't think that was a necessary expense. I liked that he was honest about that. Great guy that I would call the next time I need a plumber!

I called Dave to go to my parents' home to investigate a plumbing problem. He called me back promptly, then called my mother promptly. He arrived within an hour of speaking to her, which I sincerely appreciate. :) His price was very reasonable. He was professional, friendly and courteous in his manner. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem, so future issues could be avoided. I would certainly call Dave again if I need a plumber!

It went well. They came out and got it done very quickly so I liked them.

Nice guy, hard worker, but really suited for basic plumbing problems, not including those related to septic issues. If I have any problems that I "know" for sure aren't related to the septic tank, I'd call him.

Dave came the same afternoon that I called, keeping me updated as to when he would arrive. He thoroughly cleared the drain twice. Dave was very congenial and professional. I will definitely use Drain OK again.
