It went great! Dave fixed the running toilet, snaked the upstairs sink, and had everything in his truck that was needed for both jobs, including a sink plug which I didn't expect him to have. Above and beyond, he left everything cleaner than it was before he arrived, and the price was extremely reasonable. Dave is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and cares about the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him; he will be our plumber from now on!

What a GODSEND!! DrainOK quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and snaked our line. There were roots that had grown in our line, and he made sure to explain everything in detail. Be Warned, he moves fast! He is there to provide quick and accurate service. He even cleaned up very well before he left. We are going to contract him again for any other plumbing projects and services! Highly recommended!!

Dave was excellent ,as was Jack who came with him. I called him on a Saturday. He was able to come that Monday at a convenient time. He called me on his way so I was ready. He was extremely professional and friendly and even gave me free advice on another issue I had. He was very reasonable and I will definitely ONLY be using him in the future. Great experience. Walking out the door to go to work, heard a drip from the bathroom faucet & the toilet had overflowed. Dave was here in no time to snake my clogged drain. He explained everything he was doing & was very helpful with preventative advice. Very nice & thorough guy!

Dave did a great job. He showed up on time, was very friendly and courteous. He removed the garbage disposal, which died a long time ago, and installed new drain pipes. His work was excellent and done very quickly. He also left the sink very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

This was not an emergency. Called Sunday night and Dave came on time Wednesday morning. Half the price of the Roto guys. Drain works great now. We can do full washer load w/o backup/overflow. Very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all our questions.

He charged a very fair price for all three fixes and inspections without breaking bank. The other guys quoted an unreasonable amount, which is why I didn’t ask them to come. Glad I found Dave! Dave was polite, professional, and knowledgeable; he took the time to explain what was causing the blockage. Bless his heart, he had just come from a root canal too! Very pleased with his service.
