Description of Work: I called looking for service on a Sunday night (figured I would leave a message) He actually answered the phone, Said he couldn't help me but knew who could and referred me to someone that always uses for gas applicance. Super nice guy, I would use for my other appliances :)

Description of Work: Called and left a message early one morning. As soon as the business was open, I received a call back. Person was very polite and professional. |Told the gentleman my issue and before scheduling a visit, he recommended I try a simple DIY test on my clothes dryer. He saved himself a trip, and me money! What a kind hearted person! He said to call again if I have any questions or need him to come out and check my appliances. I will definitely call back and use this business when needed!

Description of Work: I called Tim at 8:06 on Black Friday, and my dryer was running by 9:00! He came even though he had not planned on working after spending the night in the emergency room with his granddaughter. Excellent service! I will definitely call him again!
