Extremely prompt & professional! I left Mr Tim a message after 5 PM. He called me back the next day at 7:30 AM. He could have came same day but due to my scheduling conflict, we scheduled the following day. My husband had already started process of elimination & Mr Tim was honest with us and told us it needed replacing, not to waste our money. No service work was done but he was prompt, courteous, professional and honest. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Tim. Side note - When I called Mr Tim, I also left a message for another fellow Angie’s List repairman too, that other party never returned my call.

Mr. Tim was very professional and repaired my dryer in a timely manner. He cleaned out all the lint around the tumbler and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. I highly recommend him. He also gives a military discount. Wonderful gentelman!

He was honest and said I needed a new fridge

Did not hire but he was very honest and upfront.

Very friendly, knowledgable, went right to it. I made a call at 0800 and he was here 45 minutes later. Was fixed in another 15 minutes. I highly recommend and would call back. Absolutely excellent service.

It went very wel he changed the pump in a matter of minute then found a valve that was messed up. He left to go pick up the part and was back in no time. I called Tim he lives around the corner and was here in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend Tim.

Called and left a message early one morning. As soon as the business was open, I received a call back. Person was very polite and professional. I told him my washing machine was leaking water. He told me he had one person in front of me and then would be right over to my house. First off he was very friendly, neighborly someone I could hang out with very nice guy in good spirits. Turn out my washing machine was not leaking water just became unbalance so when water was filling up tub some went down the back side. He took a part washing machine and ran it for awhile and there was no leak. But he did find that my agitator was broke. Wife never notice but it was broke when I checked and he showed me. He replaced it with parts from his truck. Excellent service! I will definitely call him again! He will now be my appliance repair man if anything else breaks.

Service provider phoned me and told me he does not work on Samsung or LG appliances because he can not get parts. He responded quickly to my call. Very professional, just did not service brand of dryer.

Tim came out to the house and check the range out. Found it would cost more to repair than replace. I would trust him for any repairs in future. He didn't even charge me and told me where I could get a replacement.

Friendly, neighborly, responded right away. I called on a Wednesday, unable to use my washing machine. He ordered the part, arrived on Thursday, and did the complicated job in two hours, though he thought it might take three. He cleaned everything up, even the water left in the bottom of my machine. If I need other appliance repair, I will definitely call Tim's again.

Tim arrived exactly on time and had the washer fixed within minutes. He was very professional. Job well done.

Mr. Tim had the part on his truck and fixed my refrigator on the same visit. I was happy with his quality of work. He cleaned up after himself, told us approximately how long it would take for the refrigator to take to start back cooling and then the was off. I would definately use him again. Can't say enough good things about him.

Tim called early in the morning as he had told me and said that he had one stop to make before getting to my house and that he would be arriving in about an hour. In less than an hour he pulled into my drive. He quickly found the problem, made a run for the needed part and had everything back working in no time.

I called Tim (got the referral from Angie's list!) and described the problem with my washer. He diagnosed it as the timer. He got the serial # and checked the cost of ordering the part. He called back quickly and said I might want to consider a new machine due to the cost of the part. We shopped for a new machine, but decided to go ahead with the repair. He ordered the part and came the next day, first thing in the morning. He called before he came over to let me know he was on the way. Nice man, quick repair. Will definitely use him again. Happy to find a good appliance repairman.

I called Tim because the spin cycle on the washing machine would not work. He asked me a few questions and was over to fix the problem in thirty minutes. Once he got to my home he got right to work and was done in thirty minutes. I was very happy with the service and Tim is very pleasant.

My fridge stopped working and food was thawing. Fridge part not cool. I got on Angie's List thurs nite and found Tim's service and called him the next morning. I talked to him and not a machine. He got my address and came right over. He surveyed the problem and said I need to take everything of the freezer and fridge, He had unplugged it. The parts that cause the freezer to defrost had burnt out and needed to be replaced. He called around for the parts and found someone who had them. At first he said I would need to take every thing out of the freezer and fridge and leave the doors open for 24 hrs. Then he saw my disabled husband and said you need this now. He said after taking everything out to turn a fan on the freezer to let thaw sooner. He said we'll get this going today. I did like he said with the help of friends and put everything in 4 coolers with ice. He called later to see how it was going. I said everything was out of the fridge and the fan was blowing on the freezer. Also I didn't see any ice. He came over with the new parts and removed the back panal from the freezer that revealed a lot of ice. He had a powerful blow dryer that used to melt the ice that was moped up with towels. He put in the new parts and pluged it back in and it was working again. He said I could start putting food back in around 6pm. $96 of the charges was for the new parts. Our side by side freezer,fridge is 16 years old. We are very gratful for a job well done and for his consideration of my husband and my self as his care giver.

Prompt service; friendly and fast resolution of all problems

Our dryer has a bad constant squeal when running. We had the problem two years ago, caused by a bad belt. I couldn't remember who fixed it, so I called Tim's Appliance Repair (Hope Mills, NC; 910-484-8609) based on his Angie's List report. He was courteous, punctual, and professional. He listened to the dryer and said it wasn't a belt problem. He said he could fix it, but it would likely be about 2/3 of the cost of a new dryer. He recommended we buy a new one. Despite the somewhat bad news, his personable approach and friendliness made it a pleasant experience. If I have appliance problems, I will definitely call Tim!

I am a renter, and my Landlord chose the repair company, so I cannot rate his pricing. However, Tim was very friendly, very prompt, and did great work. I was bothered by how early he came the first day, but he apologized as soon as he came in the door, and since he did come so quickly to make the repair, I really couldn't complain. He also came later the next morning. Overall, Tim was fantastic, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Everything went very smoothly. He is a professional. Tim knew exactly what to do in what order; he cleaned up when finished. The whole visit was one hour.

When our relay switch went out on our fridge over the weekend, I called several places and Tim was the only one who could get out to fix the fridge on a Monday morning. He understood that I was only able to be away from work for a short time, so he arranged to call me when he was on his way to my house. That saved me a lot of time. I met him at the house, he made the repair while I washed dishes. He was pleasant and friendly. This is an independent small business and I would definitely use him over the "major" dealers anytime.
