Extremely well from start to finish.
Description of Work: They sent a young, but very professional service technician named Richard. He was very polite, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Richard was on time, comleted all the services that we reported in a very timely manner and he explained what all he was doing and then made sure that we knew what he was doing. We strongly recommend Coffman's Plumbing to any one that needs a plumbing service.

My husband discovered that we had a leak and water was collecting in our crawl space. He tried to find the source of the leak himself but could not. We called Coffman Plumbing and they sent someone out that day. They found the source of the leak and repaired it in a little over an hour. They charged $98.00 which we thought was reasonable. They gave us a bill detailing what they had done. We paid them and they left. We would definitely use them again.

We spoke with Scott Coffman on the telephone regarding the problems with out water heater. He was super friendly and polite and listened attentively to everything we described. He also very patiently answered our (many) questions regarding the repair, the cost of service and the time that would be involved. He never made us feel ignorant for asking so many questions, and we never felt rushed. Within the hour, Coffman's had sent out their repairman James to see to our water heater. James also was SUPER nice and explained all the repairs he would be making. He was very quick to make all the necessary repairs, and left no mess behind when he left. For the quick service and all the repairs and parts we needed, we were thrilled with how reasonable the charges were!! Our water heater is working GREAT now. We would DEFINITELY use Coffman's again for ANY plumbing issues that arise!!
Description of Work: We made a Service call to Coffman Plumbing for our water heater not heating water properly. The service performed was the replacement of a corroded heating element, as well as upper and lower thermostats.
