Wonderful! Scott Coffman is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as were the technicians who performed the actual installation. Scott responded very quickly and came to my home. He arrived on time. He assessed my existing system and advised me on the best tank for my home and pointed out deficiencies in the existing lines that needed repair. He told me that it would be a few days before he could complete the estimate but that he would get it to me ASAP. I received the estimate in the mail about 10 days later and accepted. They came out as scheduled that same week and I couldn't be more pleased. They had to dig a new gas line and worked around my dogs. The even covered what they could to keep the dogs safe. They kept me posted every stop of the way. On a Saturday morning at 9:00AM, I thought I had a problem and texted Scott. Within 2 minutes he called me and already had a repairman on the way. He was able to fix the problem over the phone, which turned out to be me, and was able to call off the repairman. Scott was very kind about being interrupted and I know should I have a real problem in the future it will be addressed completely and in a timely fashion. Scott, Jamie and Sam are all professional, intelligent, considerate, hardworking and knowledgeable gentlemen.

They repaired the leaks and replaced the food disposer and were professional and efficient. I was concerned when they said they bill by the hour but they worked efficiently, there were 2 technicians and they tag teamed the work to get it done in a timely manner.

The workers arrived on-time in company vans/trucks wearing company shirts, placed floormats & wore booties to prevent tracking in debris, were clean & polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Installed water based kitchen appliances & faucets, bathroom toilet, faucets, and shower tower. The tankless water heater proved a problem at first, but was corrected by Scott Coffman himself. Reliable locally own company that serves the area with pride. Highly Recommend.

It went great. Asked Coffman's to contact my tenant to schedule a time to come out and take a look at leaking hot water heater. Showed up at scheduled time, called and gave me a quote to replace the hot water heater. Tenant noted that personnel were very courteous and professional. Great experience, no complaints!!!!

We needed some valves worked on for our bathroom remodel. Owner took care of us asap, was professional and fast! Thanks. Will use Coffman again in the future for our plumbing needs.

Recently bought a home, had renovations done. One of the renovation workers flushed a rag,it got stuck in my pipes which made both of my toilets unusable. Another worker snaked the line, but it only pushed a little rather than getting it out. I called Roto-rooter twice. 1st time, the guy pushed it, thought it was gone, but my toilets only worked for a day. 2nd call, the guy tried to snake the main line, but couldn't get to it. Almost $500 down the drain and my toilets still weren't usable. I called Coffman plumping after seeing them here on angislist, they were able to get the rag completely out of my lines. The guys were very nice and friendly. It's been a month since they were here, so it's safe to say that they fixed the issue that others were not able to fix. I will be calling them if I ever need a plumber again.

The cost was a whole lot less than I expected. They were excellent.

It went well, but the hot water tank now makes more noise when it turns on and off.

They are very close to my home and very reputable. They are very honest people. I do not have any issues wuth scheduling and they are very prompt.

The plumbing was one of the main issues on the house inspection list and it passed with flying colors on the re-inspection. My hat is off to these guys because they worked in tight conditions in crawl space on some of the bathroom issues. They were very professional and did their job right. There was an electrical issue that had to be addressed under the house but could not be done until the plumbing issues were corrected but these guys had that done without the electrician having to wait too long. This is the third time we have used Coffman Plumbing and will use them again. We highly recommend them. By the way, we sold the house in June. Thanks for the great job!

The representative explained the pros and cons to both types of heaters. He explained what would have to be done to make the switch based on the location of the hot water heater. And he promised an estimate in a timely fashion - which I did receive timely. He stated that he was willing to do whatever we want him to do but he wanted us to be as informed as possible (and suggested we do our own research to verify what he told us). I felt that he was as honest as could be and appreciated that.

On time, but did nothing. Waste of $90 service call. Called to get my sprinkler system fixed. I told them the pump was broken and would likely need a new pump on the phone when I set the appointment. They showed up, asked me to plug in the pump and stared at it. After a few minutes of standing around they told me the pump was broke. Duh!? Didn't take long enough to charge me for, so they made some calls, sat in the truck, popped the cover off once, but clearly didn't know what they were looking at and again just stared at it and poked it once or twice with a screw driver until they wasted enough time to justify charging me. Then said i should go get a new pump at Tolar ' or Hubbard's or Northern Tools. Could have said that on the phone. No technical knowledge and just out for a buck it seems. Beware.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service. Both problems occurred on weekends and their answering service went above and beyond.

Every aspect of the job went well. The crew was on time and and work was completed in the time frame given.

When I called, the person answering the phone was very professional and courteous. They were able to provide someone to be at the house when I wanted and the workers came about the time they said. The workers were very cordial and knowledgeable about what I needed and how to get it done. Not only would I suggest them to do work. I called them back to do some additional work and was very satisfied.

Very well and we will call on them again for any plumbing issues. This was the 2nd time we have used them and are very satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them.

they were at the house about two hours and they had to replace the rusted out pipe. cleaned up very good and took the old pipe with them.VERY GOOD

Well, the water line to the older refrig (1999) had to be updated for the new refrig. So, they did all that and fixed it. It took all of maybe 30-45 mins to fix. I was just amazed that I was able to get them to come to the house on a moments notice. Plus, my dad is retired Veteran and they gave him a 10pct discount, too. We were please with this company and will use them again.It is a family run business and they are very professional & courteous to work with.

Coffman Plumbing did a great job. We called them to unclog a tough drain. The drain was on a property we own that had not been used for up to a year. The sink was massively clogged and the guys snaked it multiple times to get it flowing. The price was reasonable and the outcome was better than I expected. My wife was impressed with their work. They were on time, they clean up after they were finished. They were polite and courteous while my wife was with them. I will use them again.

They hauled off all of the leftovers. He did all of this work at a great price. They left left a very clean job site. They show concern about the work they do. Scott Coffman himself came out before the work was done and said a prayer with us. They are my new go to plumbers.

The workers were prompt and professional. They kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. Mr. Coffman was very knowledgeable and broke things down in layman terms that we could understand. I would highly recommend this company to do work in your home, and I will call them back next time i need any plumbing work done in my home.

Service was excellent! We called the company to get information on what it would cost us to tie in. The owner Mr. Coffman, came to our house to do the estimate. He was extremely polite and personable. He explained the work that would need to be done, the process and reasons it could go quick or slow. He informed us of his policies that his employees MUST abide by and gave my boyfriend and I a very good impression. His price range was also better than any other company we looked at. The day it was time to do the work, Mr Coffman was running a little late, but that did not bother me-seeing as I did not need to be there for them to do the work. It did not (seem to) take them long to get the path dug up and get everything measured out and in place. It was really hot that day and then it turned to rain right as they were finishing, but that did not stop him and Richard from working at all. They were detailed, and done installing the same day. The only hold up was waiting on the inspector. Mr. Coffman and Richard came back after the inspector did his part and finished up the work. Aside from the obvious, there was no damage to our property and they cleaned up everything they had and put some stuff down to help our grass grow back. All together it took 3 days and we are happy. For any other plumbing needs we may have, we will give them a call.

The service call went extremely well and Richard and Todd were on time, very polite and professional, cleaned up the work site and hauled off the old equipment. They advised me to contact their office if there were any problems and that they would return to correct the reported problem. I would highly recommend Coffman Plumbing to everyone in their service area and request either Richard or Todd, if they were available.
