They look brand new. No matter how much I tried cleaning them I could never get them as clean as they did. The window sills were cleaned also. I will certainly call upon him for cleaning again.

The crew of two men were courteous, and friendly, yet professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and what order to do it in. Some of my windows were hard to open, and some were quite dirty, so I appreciate the way they look now - I cannot remember when they looked so good. They touched up a couple of window tracks before they left, and swept off two, two story little roofs under the windows for me as well. I appreciated that and the work that they both did. They took their time to do a good job. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. I plan to have them come back again before the windows get as dirty as they were - until today!

The cleaning exceeded expectations. The owner and his crew were friendly and engaging, truly good people. The screen repair was an unexpected bonus that earned brownie points for an already superb job of window cleaning. Accordingly to our daughter, she had never seen such crystal-clean windows, We would recommend these folks without hesitation.

They (4 workers) were all friendly, respectful of us and our home, polite, and interested in doing a good job. We had moved at the end of March and have had several dirty, dusty construction jobs completed. Our windows were not the easiest to clean. We were so impressed with the crew that we are going to sign up for their yearly contract, which will not only save us money but will insure that our windows are cleaned outside for every season. We are very pleased and are enjoying our wooded view so much more.

Tom called when they were 30 minutes away so we were prepared for the work (moved items/furniture away from windows, etc). He and his assistant were very professional, very friendly, and eager to get to work. We also had a maid service in the house at the same time, and they worked around each other without any problems. My daughter is a nurse on the night shift and needed to get to sleep; we really appreciated that they did her windows first and were very quiet while working. TLC is a fantastic company and we would recommend them highly - professional, excellent work, friendly, accommodating, fair prices for the extra work

Arrived a little late, but got right to work Very freindly, while still maintaining professionalism. They were meticulous about the cleaning and did a very good job.

Tom and his crew arrived a bit late but he called ahead of time to explain the situation, very nice and courteous. Windows and screens were not kept clean by us at all, and Tom and his crew (two other gentlemen) spent almost three hours to make them clean and shine. Very satisfied with the work, they treat our house gently and the result is obvious. Definitely would recommend to friends/neighbors.

Tom and a nice young man did a great job cleaning our windows. They were very professional and flexible. I didn't need the inside of the windows washed so they did extra outside windows instead. My skylights have never looked do good.

We didn't even have to be home for the quote/inspection to be done, which was convenient. All the windows look absolutely great now! Of course it rained the evening after the cleaning. But they still look wonderful even after all the hard rain. TLC Window Cleaning Service was prompt, extremely professional and they have great customer service! The actual work was superb (yes, I did have some doubts about all the reviews being so good...even on Angie's List). They know windows; they worked hard to make sure all the windows were clean, and streak free. All the windows ended up being spotless. The only minor negative occurrence, was that several of our security system magnets had come off (the glue didn't last?) when they worked on some of the windows (some were rarely if ever, opened). No problem with that at all. The reason I mention it, is that nobody mentioned it to us (before we tried to set our alarm for the night). I am giving them all A's because they truly deserve the highest marks. My slight irritation is gone now, but I wanted to mention it...also just to show that this glowing recommendation is genuine ;-) I would highly recommend them for any kind of windows. My wife and I are very, very happy with the work they did. The total price we paid was for 2 visits (yesterday and in 6 months).

I would use this service provider again. They were on time and thorough. They did not attempt to sell me services such as replacement screens, that I did not need. I have already referred them to two co-workers.

Tom and his team arrived right on schedule. They were all very friendly and quite organized. They washed my many windows beautifully inside and out and also cleaned the screens. They also carefully cleaned all the window sills. Tom wanted to make sure that I was totally pleased, and I was. I would heartily recommend TLC Window Cleaning Service to anyone. In fact, I have already done so.

Two men arrived very promptly as scheduled. They started immediately with 1 man on inside of house and the. Other man on the outside they worked efficiently and thoroughly. Te "inside" man was very helpful with information he was courteous and professional. I did not meet the "outside" man personally, though we waved through the window! They completed the job promptly and I was very pleased with the results. The windows sparkled and looked better than ever. They exceeded my expectations and I will certainly refer them and use their services again.

They did a good job, but I didn't appreciate that one fo the workers tried to push his religious views on me.

They did quality work, arrived on time, and worked quickly. They also cleaned a glass door for free.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. In fact, the windows have never been cleaner. I would definitely use them again. They also have a program where they will clean the exteriors of windows regularly which costs $10 per window and $1.50 per screen.

Everything went well. They were very efficient and pleasant, and they did a good job. We also appreciated that they returned to clean the skylights as promised.

They came and took all the screens out and cleaned them on our driveway. They also cleaned the glass windows inside and out. They did a good job. We had a $99 Angies deal. It cost an extra $104 because of the number of windows we have. The total cost was $203. After they left I found a window screen clip on the driveway. I also found one on the floor in the house. I put those back on the screens. I would have given them an A in quality if it was not for these two clips not being on the screens.
