TLC Window Cleaning Service

From Alyssa in the office, to Brad who performed the work, everything was first rate. Definitely will be using them again next year for window washing, and power wash as needed. He even removed, and then replaced, 2nd story screens even though it was getting dark by the time he finished.

TLC is great! Responsive, punctual, provessional, reasonable. You can't go wrong with these folks.

Great, they showed up on time, was willing to reschedule when the family got sick with the flu, and was very respectful of our home when they were here. We are going to use them again on the future for our annual window cleaning.

The windows looked better than new. It took them maybe 3 hours to complete the service. My communication with them was pretty good; excellent. They have it down pat. They know what they're doing.

Their people did a fine job and were great in organizing an on-site estimate and the job itself. When, through a misunderstanding, we found that their pressure-washer had not cleaned some flagstones, as we had wanted, they deducted from our cost, which was our preference rather than sending him over for this small job.

At first I worry about the cleaning will be messy and get wet everywhere. Actually, they did a excellent job on cleaning, each window they did it by hand, no power wash or anything like that. All they use is towels, some soap, straper. They can clean all the bird marks when the bird smashed on the window. I even couldn't clean it myself. They did a excellent job. Very details. I would definitely hire them to clean my windows again.

The company did a great job, even removing paint overspray from the windows. I would rate this company excellent!

I never use anyone else for my window cleaning....they always look like new windows when they clean them and even makes my whole house look cleaner! I have lots of windows and two large "picture" windows, including skylights. Very impressed with their work!

Fabulous experience with the TLC Window Cleaning Service from start to finish. We were so pleased, we signed up for their maintenance plan and they will be back in about 6 months for another cleaning. On time, courteous, professional and skilled. The crew did a magnificent job cleaning all 85 windows of our home, including expansive, difficult to reach windows. Each window was cleaned inside, outside, and included lifting of every single window to clean the window sill. The house now looks amazing with windows that are crystal clear! What a difference TLC made in how much we enjoy our home! We look forward TLC's window cleaning of our home for many years to come.

It was great. They were very professional and very clean. I have used them quite a few times and it's the same guys that come every time which I really appreciate. They were running a little behind schedule and they called me which was really nice, and they did a great job. The price was fantastic.

They did a fine job. They came when they said they would come. They finished up quickly. They accepted a credit card, and they made it convenient, to pay by credit card. We did not have to be there, since they were just cleaning the outside, which was convenient.

The service went fine. They cleaned about 12 windows. I was not home while they did the service. The staff were polite and responsive. They followed through and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I was going to use them again and I said I am packing this time. I was not happy with them. The quote wasn’t so much and it was going to be about $2 and something. When they arrived, they had to take the screens off to clean the windows and they wanted to charge me for taking the screens off and putting it back on. So I just told them to stop what they were doing and I would not use them again. I haven’t had anyone charge me for standing outside my house and taking off the screen and putting it back on. So that was the end of that one. They didn’t respond to me at all and I never heard them. They never contacted me to check my displeasure. They showed up when they said they would. The people that came out were professional and the staff was very nice but the owner wasn’t.

The work was fine. I would give them an A-, because it cost a lot more than the deal, if I recall, about triple the cost. Despite that we have a small house. The business owner was friendly and helpful. They did a good job.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List last year and due to health problems did not use it before its expiration. I was told they would apply the $99.00 to the total. They set up a two-hour time frame and said they'd call 30 minutes before arriving. They called about 15 minutes after they were scheduled to let me know they were on the way and running a little late, which was no problem. They went through all the rooms and told me how much extra it would be for the screens and doors and the regular price difference. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant to deal with.

Great, helpful and responsive

I love how my house feels with all the windows clean. Tom's staff was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They were quiet (we work at home), respectful of our belongings, and cleaned up after themselves. This is my second job with TLC Window Cleaning. I will hire them again next year.
