TLC Window Cleaning Service

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. I was paying over the deal price and that was fine, that was understood. They threw in the skylights for nothing which was very nice of them. They did a great job. It was like, we almost needed sunglasses inside to look out because it was so bright. It was really impressive. It was a very nice way to get all the windows done at once. I called knowing that it was about to expire. He had said that there was usually a 2-week wait but they actually had a cancellation so they came out the next day. There was almost a $200 additional but we had a total of 30 windows and the deal was for 15. The price was fair. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was excellent. I think I spent an additional $50 for the service. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up well after themselves. They gave me some advice about me siding being washed. They went above and beyond. I have given them several referrals.

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. Great phone response and email response for an appointment. Even when I had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute, Tom was understanding and willing to accommodate my second request. He and his crew arrived promptly and waiting for me to arrive 10 minutes late. They introduced themselves and got to work. They were efficient and respectful of my home. My windows absolutely sparkle. I can see my neighbors again! They will definitely be added to my annual services list. Oh, did I mention I live in a 3 story townhouse?? Not a problem for this awesome team.

Excellent. Descibe an address glitch that was my result due to recent move. They did excellent jog of cleaning the windows including the frame area in very rapid time frame. For an additional reasonable cost they also removed the screens and cleaned them. Excellent service, recommend highly and would use again.

Tom arrived with a crew and ladders at the arranged time. They were polite, professional and worked at a good pace, being careful with any furniture needing to be moved, landscaping to work around and did thorough and excellent work. They worked in pairs in all isolated rooms which put me at ease, even though they all seemed to be nice young men. Tom was very helpful concerning some damaged windows offering recommendations which have turned out well. I originally signed up for the $99 dollar deal. When we spoke on the phone, Tom explained that French paned windows required much more work and would need to be extra. Fortunately, they are only in the front of my house. He also cleaned my mirrored folding doors. It was a total of 15 windows, which include high bays, along with 6 french paned windows, two of which were only accessible by ladder and the mirrored doors. I am very happy with the job done and felt it was well worth the cost. I did not realize how much of a difference clean windows makes. It is like having high definition TV instead of a 1950's picture. Everything looks crisp and bright outside and my rooms dazzle.

Two young men arrived on time and began work immediately. After washing windows in each area, they double-checked that there was no water on the floor. They were thorough, professional and speedy.

It took a couple of weeks for him to call back which I found odd, even as an email to just say, I'll get with you. Other than that, everything was good. I ended up paying another $100 beyond the $100 I previously paid. That was for a few more windows and also getting the screen cleaned. He was a little more expensive than some other work that I've had before but I think they did a good job.

TLC window cleaning was very professional and very clean with their work. They have setup time with my convenience and came with tools to clean my windows 2 story windows external and internal. Their cleaning material was convincing and highly recommend their work.

These young men were absolutely great! Worked cheerfully, thoroughly and as a team. My windows have never looked so good and they were really dirty, with lots of spider webs etc. I think Tom (the owner) ought to nick name them the "Sparkle Team," as that is what our windows do now: sparkle! My husband and I are at an age where climbing a ladder to do such work could be hazardous so we are very thankful for this service and would recommend TLC to anyone. In fact we plan to post this on our neighborhood Google group. Thanks for making our day/week/month!

They owner was very nice and professional. They did a really good job. The windows hadn't been cleaning in quite some time. They did a wonderful work.

Took a while to get scheduled but owner was always apologetic and was just overwhelmed by the volume he received from the Angie's List deal. On day of service, the team arrived early after phoning first and were very professional and efficient. The windows look fantastic. We would definitely use them again.

We were just putting our house on the market to sell, so we wanted the windows to be cleaned. TLC arrived on time, and cleaned the inside and outside of our ground floor windows. The worked very efficiently and got the job done quickly. They also cleaned off the sills of the windows. They left our house in very good shape in terms of cleaning up after themselves. We were very pleased of the overall service provided.

.Tom was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and was able to get me on his schedule in a very reasonable amount of time. His crew was courteous and thorough. Tom explained how some of the windows (almost 20 years old) had stuff baked onto them from the elements and it would take harsher chemicals to remove the spots. They were not windows that were a concern to us, so we chose not to use the harsher chemicals. We were very satisfied with the job done

Tom and Colin and the rest of the crew were FANTASTIC!!!! It is so very rare these days to hire people to do a job that sincerely care about the work they do AS WELL AS their clients. These guys are the rare ones!! They did the job professionally, carefully and with pride. Taking the time to go back and check their work for drips, streaks and smears while training a new set of employees so they'd take the same pride in their work down the road. I was amazed at how genuinely nice the whole crew was and enjoyed the conversations with them as they happily did their job! I will use them again in the future and definitely recommend to anyone seeking window cleaning services!!

The did a very good job. I had a very good experience. They did a good job as far as the quality of the work, there's two guys both are really polite, very mindful of not trapping dirt in the hose, they're very pleasant to work with.

It turned out good. They came out shortly after I purchased them. There were additional charges because I requested additional windows beyond what was included. They ended up doing over as two times as many windows as was in the deal price. It was my first time using them. I would use them again in the future.

TLC called ahead of time and arrived on designated appointment time. All windows were cleaned thoroughly, inside and out, and screens washed. Total of 21 windows were done in about 2 hours. They are very clean now......not a single streak or smudge found. Really, really happy with their work.
