TLC Window Cleaning Service

I have a house with *many* windows and a lot of those are in hard to reach spots. The guys from TLC worked for many hours, straight through to clean every one of them. I had thought I might do it myself. Ha! It would have taken me weeks. They did a great job for a good price. Extremely professional. Left everything spotless (including the windows).

It was a great experience. The price was competitive, they arrived on time, and they did an excellent job with the cleaning. Ultimately, we had no problems with the service.

I will give TLC Window Cleaning Service As across the board. It was a big deal because I needed to have the house power-washed before I get the windows washed. They showed up, did all the windows and the windows look great. I have these bird stickers to avoid window collision and I would have had to get a six foot ladder up and put them up but they put it up for me. I will definitely use them again.

TLC came out and estimated that the cost of service woudl be $60 more than the special I purchased from Angie because of extra storm windows in my townhome. I agreed and we set an appointment. They arrived on time and ready to work. My windows are old and had not been cleaned outside for a while. They did an excellent job and I got exactly what I paid for. Windows and screens were sparking clean as were the window sills. They were careful to move furniture and plants when they had to and moved them back when they were finished. They were very professional, friendly and checked with me along the way to make sure I was pleased with the service. They could have done a little more to clean up after they were completed but this was a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend them to my friends and will use them again.

Excellent job! They left my windows truly spotless and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Steve and his crew were outstanding. He communicated well about what we needed and how he could make the best use of the Big Deal that we'd purchased. The purchase did not include traditional windows with small, divided panes, but he was able to select the windows with completely flat surfaces that would make the biggest difference for our "viewing pleasure." They did 2 skylights, which was a bonus I hadn't expected. T TLC was excellent, from the professionalism of Tamara who scheduled the work, to the care that the crew took in getting our windows really clean. We were extremely pleased.

They were great and we would definitely have them back again. We were very happy with them. They did what they needed to do and it worked out very well. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The cleaners were great.

They were speedy but thorough, went through multiple times to make sure they got all spots, cleaned up well after themselves, were polite and professional. Very pleased! I have gotten up to go close a door several times, only to realize that it was closed but just spotless!!!

It was okay. It is just really need a fan in front. I was disappointed that there were some dead he cut and did. I would not recommend him. We ended up miscommunication to begin with about on. I had gotten this to be done with my mother’s hall. She has some old windows. The house is about 17 years old. There were some that he did not want to fix. She also has some sets of new windows that they cleaned which are still good and need them. I felt like when I stand outside the windows, that if they had to have a ladder to get to them, so be it, but he did not do that. Maybe they were too high. He did a great job for the windows he cleaned. I did not think that they could come out looking as well as they do it. So, that porch was good. He was nice.

I had them clean 36 windows inside and out. I had to pay extra for the additional windows. Three cleaners came out for the work and they finished in about two and a half hours. The owner who was unavailable called to check in to make sure I was happy after the service, I was impressed with their follow up. They were great, I loved working with them!

It was a bit of a disappointment. They called me shortly after I purchased the deal in order to schedule the service at which time I informed them I was located two miles over the county line. They stated this was not an issue and set up a time to perform the service. On the day of the appointment, however, they called and canceled citing that I was out of their service area as the reason. This was frustrating because I had spent most of the previous evening moving furniture and preparing for their arrival.

They arrived promptly and went right to work. They were extremely professional and neat. When they left, everything inside the house was just as they had found it. The lead person discussed an annual maintenance plan the company offers, but I felt no pressure to purchase it. He left all the information with me and invited me to call if I had questions or wanted to sign up for the annual service. These people are true professionals. If you want sparkling windows with a minimum of disruption to your routine, call TLC. I can't think you will be disappointed.

I was not happy with them. The deal was for 15 windows but they didn't consider that what I have to be a window. What they considered a window was a pane and then another pane below it. What I have are panes that are divided into six other panes which they called a French window and will take a lot more to clean. After cleaning it, they slapped me with another charge because my windows took longer to clean than regular windows did and that they had not anticipated how long it was gonna take so I had to pay $300.00 extra. They didn't mention it upfront so I will not have anything to do with them. They ended up costing me close to $600.00 but the deal was $99.00 so they really ripped themselves good. They never mentioned the time factor. In order to get to the top panes of the window, you have to pull the whole thing out of the frame and put it back in but they were not equipped to do that so a whole bunch of my windows just didn't get cleaned at all. My house had recently been painted, and he said that they had painted the windows shut and it took them half an hour to open a window when normally it would only take ten minutes. I had to pay that extra time that I didn't even know about. It was a terrible experience and they were way overpriced. They also didn't replace my screens or my storm windows. They told me that the men did the work and then the big boss came back and put the screens. They said he'll be back in the morning but he didn't show up in two days so I called and that's when he told me that there was gonna be an extra $300.00. I will never use them again.

This company did an excellent job on some very dirty windows and screens.

Crew was very professional, but discovered several streaks afterwards.

After ordering online through Angie's List, I thought a follow up email from the owner Tom was very nice. When Tom mentioned someone else would be cleaning the windows, I thought it probably would not go well, but that was before Steve and Tim showed up at my door. Steve is the coordinator and both him and Tim were very polite, courteous, professional, thoughtful and just did an amazing job on my windows! I was using a coupon from Angie's List and got a quote to do the whole house, too. You will not be disappointed if you get Steve to show up at your door. I actually thought of asking him if I could just hire him as a handyman. Loved him! Even brought in the package on my front porch. Highly recommend! Windows look beautiful!

We had to postpone the window cleaning twice (I believe) due to weather conditions and wetness of the grounds outside my home. They began on the exterior of my home and thoroughly washed the windows and sills on the outside of the house as well as my sliding glass door, which I had asked them to include. When they finished, they started indoors, where they did the window sills, and would have cleaned the insides of the crank-out windows but I am choosing not to open any windows and most of my windows do not have cranks on them anyway. But they did an excellent job of the windows and sills and were very careful, removing their shoes and working indoors in stocking feet. I have two levels of windows in my living room and they handled them easily. As I had 3 extra windows, my charge was $30 more than the price of the Big Deal. I am very pleased with the job--my windows appear to not even have glass in them, they are so clear. They cleaned up, leaving everything as before.

They are a father and son business and were very friendly and professional.

He was ten minutes late but called to let me know. The crew was very professional and tidy. I'd use this crew again w/o any reservations. They were awesome!

.They arrived on time, we negotiated the cost of doing 5 windows which had storm windows. The gal at the office lead me a little astray about the additional cost. The finished in 3 hours. The windows have never looked better.

These people are fantastic! The windows have never been so clean. They were responsive, professional and an all around great value. I will definitely be using them many times in the future.

I'm extremely happy with the service. I would definitely contract with them again. I used them sometime this fall. The day the coupon was going to run out was the day I emailed them and it took a while to schedule after that. That's because the crew was to come out and they didn't have access to my house. The total was about $210. I had screen repair done and that was the additional cost above the $99 deal amount.

While we are not in their normal work area, they worked us in, came as scheduled, performed superbly and left us very happy with their work in every way! While we hope our windows stay clean for a while, we will gladly call them for future work!
