Description of Work: I found TLC Window service on Angie's List and have hired them every time I need my windows cleaned...they always do a wonderful job and am pleased with their service. They even do my sky lights which get the brunt of rains and debris from storms...I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: We are absolutely pleased with the service from TLC. They were prompt, professional and thorough in cleaning the windows inside and out. We have approximately (37) windows and (4) glass doors and, with the Angies list 5% discount, we believe the price was fair. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I am addicted to having TLC window cleaning service clean my windows, doors and skylights because when they leave, my home looks sparkling clean...and it lasts twice as long as when I do it! It's magic! The people are more than nice and professional, working to get it done in the least amount of time, but doing such a thorough job. I have used them several times now and wouldn't consider having anyone else clean my windows!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $99 for inside and outside window cleaning. They are excellent. They always do a good job and we will bring them back next year. They cleaned about 22 windows for us.

Description of Work: Very professional outfit. But, as in many of the Angies list deals, they get more expensive once providee sees "your job" | |Very professional in their work and it made a big difference in our house. I would use them again. Only complaint was I felt a bit nickel and dimed in terms kf value..but only compliments relative to quality and professionalism. I wish they would adjust their pricing model for larger home jobs.

Description of Work: When TLC learned that my windows were the traditional window/storm window combination, my request seemed to pose a problem. I understand that my windows have much more surface area to clean than modern energy efficient windows and I am fine with paying for the additional effort. However, once TLC learned what kind of windows I had it took several more phone calls and reschedules to get the service scheduled at the higher price. The owner apologized and indicated that he had a family matter dividing his attention however this would have been helpful to understand up front rather than the numerous follow-up phone calls I had to make. When the service was finally performed, the crew was courteous, non-intrusive, quick and the windows were beautiful.
