With all the rain, humidity and storms since they were cleaned, I assumed they would look really dirty by now...but they are still beautiful! I just can't get over it. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreDue to inclement weather, we had to reschedule our window cleaning that we had purchased from TLC Window Cleaning as one of Angie"s Big Deals. Tom Pasternak never forgot us and was even able to reschedule us before a planned family reunion. Colin called early the day of our appointment to ask if he and his crew could come out a bit early. Since I was already at home, I told them to come on out. They were very courteous and efficient. In under 2 hours, Colin and his crew did an excellent job on the windows, sills and screens. Everything was put back in its correct place; they cleaned up after themselves, and now the view from the windows is substantially better. I would recommend TLC Window to anyone in the Raleigh area who needs a good window and screen cleaning after a long winter or at any time! Well worth the price, and I was pleasantly surprised at the great level of customer service displayed by its personnel. And even my back appreciated the excellent job that they did!  + -1 moreI lucked out with a crew of five from TLC Window Cleaning. They had an earlier commercial job that required more of them, so they were able to complete the work on my small town home in no time. My cat was a bit overwhelmed but otherwise, they did a fine job. Each seemed to have his own responsibility, from cleaning the window sills, removing and washing the screens, washing and squeegiing the windows dry, putting back the screens, and double-checking that all was done and the screens and windows locked back into place. All of the guys were friendly and competent. They left the inside and outside clean, and my windows and screens have never looked so good. I would definitely use TLC again.
Description of Work: Washed my windows and glass doors inside and out. Also washed the screens and took one of the screens to be repaired after I hear back what the estimate for repair will be.

They were even able to get the dog slobber off the windows and doors, and that stuff is stubborn! I will definitely sign up for their maintenance plan. Well done guys!

There was a mishap the first time and although it was a biggie Tom stepped right up and did the right thing. Both times he has been at our home he has been thoughtful and thorough. His helpers are polite and careful. I have a "complicated" house and Tom has earned our loyalty through superb service and workmanship.

He and the crew arrived early and went to work. They were courteous and professional. Tom even cleaned our garage windows that were not part of the deal. And the results were great, better than my wife and I have been able to do in the past on our two story house. I would use TLC again.

 + -1 moreVery positive experience, no "don'ts" to report. It is just so nice to have everything so clean! Process took about 2 hours.
Description of Work: Tom and two other members of his team cleaned all 19 windows inside and out (except for 2 windows in the interior of my garage that they could not get to, our issue, not theirs!) and also cleaned all the window screens and two sets of french doors. They were very considerate about working in the house, putting soft booties on their feet to protect the wood floors and carpeted areas. They were also able to clean a large window in my foyer that is quite high up. While they were up there, the guys were also gracious enough to clean the large chandelier that hangs in front of that window. My husband and I would never have been able to reach it to clean it. Now it just sparkles! When cleaning the windows, they also wiped down the interior and exterior window moldings and swept away spider webs, cobwebs, and other residue. They walked me through the house to check everything after they were done. All 3 of the team were very professional and polite and I thought the price was quite good given the work performed. We will definitely be using them again!

 + -1 moreI contacted the owner, Tom Pasternak, by e-mail to set up an appointment. He responded within a day asking some additional details on the requested service. An appointment was made for a couple of days later. Tom and his crew arrived on time with all their equipment. Friendly and efficient service. They also did a few additional cleanings at no charge. They also pointed out some screens that required repair. I agreed and Tom took the screens to repair (at additional fair cost) and returned them about a week later as agreed. To paraphrase their motto - windows so clean, it?s like there not there (no kidding). They also clean the sills and surrounding areas. I was so satisfied, I signed a contract for an annual full cleaning with and outside only cleaning at 6 months.

 + -1 moreTom and his colleague arrived on time in a marked vehicle and in company attire. That always puts me at ease for an appt like this right from the start. My email communications with Tom were responded to in a very timely manner, again, building my confidence in his professionalism. Though I had purchased an Angie's list deal, the fine print didn't register with me and my needs were somewhat different than the deal. Tom patiently educated me on windows and what my deal would cover and provided a written estimate on additional cost to complete the job. The price was reasonable and we proceeded with service. The end result was awesome! Who knew clean windows could make such a difference.
Description of Work: Tom and his assistant were a delight to work with! They was professional, punctual, courteous and thorough. I was delighted with the quality of his work and look forward to scheduling additional work to be done. Its great to add a tried and true contact to my very short list of preferred service companies.

 + 0 moreTom, the owner, spoke to me on the phone to make arrangements to clean the windows on my ranch home in Cary. They showed up on time and the quote was reasonable - they clean the interior and exterior of the windows. They also cleaned the tracks and the outside of the windows by removing the window screens and cleaning between the screen and the window which had built up dirt. They cleaned the sliding glass door as well as the regular windows. The finished work was incredible - the windows were perfect! The house felt much brighter and cleaner as a result. I will happily use TLC again.

He and his associate did a great job. Our windows look great and they were very respectful of our house. My husband was impressed that he didn't even have to ask them to take off their shoes inside the house. :)
