Description of Work: TLC contracted with me to do a portion of my windows for a special price. Upon arrival we discussed completing the windows in the entire house at another time. He managed to finish the house that morning and did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and had the correct tools to do a great job. Will be signing up with them for window cleaning on a maintenance schedule.

Description of Work: The TLC Window cleaning experience was a total pleasure. TLC scheduled me for the window cleaning Friday, May 3, 2013 at noon. I got a call from Colin before noon, asking if they could come earlier since they had finished the first job earlier. I said that would be GREAT. Colin and Alec arrived shortly after the call. Colin came in the house (removing his shoes at the door) and walked around the house with me, as I explained the windows that needed cleaning. I had an Angie"s list coupon for 15 windoes and I wanted an additional three windows cleaned. Colin said it would be an Additional $10 per window. After introductions, Colin and Alec got to work. These two young men were just delightful, polite, professional and hard working. They were friendly and conversive, but working every minute of the time that they were on the job. Colin and Alec were a great team and came totally prepared and respected and treated my home like it was their own. I do not remember how long they were here but when they left everything was in perfect order. The windows by the way are absolutely beautiful, clean and shining, the window sills and screens were totally clean, also. I would highly recommend TLC and plan to use them again in the future. I have absolutely nothing negative to mention. Colin and Alec were fantastic.

Description of Work: TLC is the best. Very professional and detail orientated. We purchased our home two years ago and never got around having the windows professionally cleaned. The sure did need it. TLC spent the whole day cleaning all my windows, my screen porch and cleaned all my gutters. I have such sparkling windows that my house is brighter!!! I would totally recommend Tom and his team.
