They were excellent and very professional. They met my tight time schedule. They are very dependable, and the owner has a very well trained team.

They did a good job. They seemed to have done a very solid job. They did what we agreed that they would do and they also did it for the bid they gave us. So that was fine. Their price was very fair. Their quality seems to be absolutely fine. Their responsiveness was very good. They were very punctual. We might consider them for working on our front porch. I wasn?t here when they did the work and my husband dealt with them.

Excellent communication throughout the process, detailed estimates. Various workmen arrived on time each day. Care taken, plenty of plastic put down when required. Very neat job done on insulation etc.. We will be employing Mr Hargrove for a shower/bathroom re-model in a few weeks time.

The whole process went beautifully. After contacting him, he came to my house within several days to look at and discuss the work I wanted done. He returned an estimate to me quickly and was able to start the work almost immediately. Then he worked constantly until it was done. The floors are exquisite and you can't even tell the difference between the original hardwoods in the bedrooms, installed in 1968, and the new hardwoods everywhere else. The transitions are seamless. His pricing is unmatched and the quality of work is outstanding. I will always call Phil for any work I need on my house!

It was completely satisfactory. After they found a match for the shingles and the gutter guard, they took care of everything in one day. I was tremendously pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. (The reason I knew about them is that they had worked for my daughter and son-in-law, who recommended them to me.)

It was a totally pleasant experience. I engaged them the 13th or 14th, and they promised the ramp would be done before Christmas and it was. They even managed to extend the ramp an additional section after I changed my mind about the length. They had to use quick-setting cement so they could set the posts and lay the ramp on the same day.

He was trustworthy. His written quote seemed reasonable. Also he seemed capable of the job.

I am very pleased with the results. The workers were pleasant and hard working, and put down temporary padding to avoid scratching / dirtying the floor as they were coming in and out of the house. The bathroom looks exactly like I wanted it to, and I have received several compliments from people who didn't know it was new. The quality of all work is very high, including the tile floor. Everything was done well and with attention to detail. Work took slightly longer than we initially anticipated, (about 6 1/2 days instead of 5) but the final bill was exactly what the estimate stated. Work was also guaranteed, and I've had the opportunity to use it. There was a seam in the shower stall that was leaking a small amount of water. One call and a few hours later and it was fixed, at no extra charge. Overall I am very pleased, and can recommend Hargrove Construction without reservations.

They did what was agreed upon and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend using them.

Mr. Hargrove did an excellent job. His planning and coordinating were excellent. His subs were high quality and expert at their trade. Mr. Hargrove kept us fully informed daily and was very responsive to our many changes. While Mr. Hargrove wasn?t the cheapest he was also not the most expensive. Overall it was a fair price. Mr. Hargrove was incredibly honest and forth right.

Work moved along steadily. Workers were careful to contain construction debris as much as possible. Very happy with quality of work.

This was our second time calling Mr. Phil Hargrove for his expertise and professionalism. He explained every step and always gave us options for how to proceed, along with his advice and recommendations. We had some badly rotting porch boards and Phil took a look at it and explained that there was likely some damage to the ancient bands under our porch, but that he could not give an estimate without taking out the rotten boards first. We agreed to opening up the porch where we could see the damaged band, which was not as bad as we feared. Though the crumbling foundation was highly visible now, too. After some thought, we decided to go ahead and have them replace the foundation; Phil's crew had already repaired another section of our foundation and we were very pleased with that work. Phil's team did very neat and precise work replacing the old foundation, replacing the pieces of rotted beam, and replacing the bad floor boards on the porch. They also primed the wood for us to protect it so we could go back and paint it ourselves. Phil also recommended some nice looking foundation vents to help keep our crawlspace dry. The overall look of the front of our old bungalow is much improved. Phil's team always showed up on time and he was always available by phone or email, calling me immediately when there were any delays or questions. Working with him was a pleasure and we truly feel fortunate to have found him and that he was available to complete the job before we hosted a big party.

They were fine. They did the quote exactly how I wanted them to do it. They were very professional. I just went with another bid that was slightly less expensive. The quote was very detailed.

Mr. Hargrove is professional, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed up with an assistant and they started working and never stopped until the job was completely done (3-4 hours). They cleaned up, and our bathroom looks so much nicer. We will definitely hire him again to perform other projects around our house. I have already recommended Mr. Hargrove to several friends.

Mr. Hargrove and his crew were on time, the crew worked steadily in a very professional way, paid close attention to all details and finished promptly with a great job.

Phil suggested ready made cabinets from Lowe's which ended up saving me money and made it look great. He came in and installed 10 cabinets both on the floor and the walls, added a worktop, and installed lighting and two outlets. It looks professional and I'm the envy of my neighbors. :)

Overall, it was a painless (for us) experience. We felt very confident in Mr. Hargrove's knowledge and experience level with the work. He was on site every day, answered our many, many questions patiently, and his team was very professional, and cheerful (despite working in our tiny crawlspace all day in hot weather!). When all the work was finished, the wall looked great, our foundation was solid, and the extra work and expense was still lower than any other estimate we'd heard. We have a 12 month warranty but have been told that we could call with any issues (and not pay) in the next 2-3 years. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Hargrove and his experienced crew for any job; and though we hope not to need any further repairs, we will not hesitate to call him first.

Phil Hargrove is very straight forward. At first I was asking for estimates and deadlines. After knowing Phil for three and a half years, I have come to trust his judgment. Right now we are building pig pens, and a pig house. Phil is a very versatile guy.

Phil Hargrove is reliable, honest, and upfront when he runs into a problems. He gets after the crew when they leave a mess or don't put their tools away. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. When big box stores sen inexperienced installers, afterwords Phil will do it right.

Everything but the heat for under the tile went as planned. The company did not ship the heat strips in time but Phil worked around this.

The experience was great. Everyone showed up on time for service estimate and scheduled work date. Built-ins were designed and installed just as promised. Very professional work ethics. Crew was very pleasant to work with and kept the work area very clean. Receipts were offered to show the actual cost of materials and time charge was explained in detail.

Phill meet me at the schedule time amd gave me several options on what could be done. He gave me a Quote on the differant possibiliteis. After agreeing on a design he and his crew came out on the planned date and was done in one day. I had a hole in my foundation from where a package A/C unit was. Phill had someone come out and block in the hole for a price that I thought wasunreasonably low.
