Description of Work: Chem Dry did a good job dry-cleaning my curtain on site. The technician is very friendly and professional. The only thing I am concerned about is the dry clean chemical which has very strong smell. The technician did warn me about the smell, but I was not aware how bad the smell can be until several days after the work is done. The smell become stronger when the heater is on. So I'd suggest doing this kind of dry cleaning during spring or autumn when the weather is not so extreme and that you can open the window all the time for at least a week after the clean.

Description of Work: Cleaned LR, 2 halls and 3 BR wall to wall carpets. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough in explaining the process. I chose Chem Dry because of the very quick drying time that this process offers. With previous carpet cleaning using the wet method, I found that it took days for the carpets to dry and this is problematic with summer's high humidity. The results were even better than I had hoped for. Stains were removed that other processes had not touched; there was none of soapy smell that comes with the wet process. And it was only several hours until the carpets were dry enough to move furniture back in.

Description of Work: Having used Chem Dry in another part of NC in the past, I scheduled Chem Dry of Chapel Hill to clean two upholstered wing-back recliner chairs. The technician was on time (even a few minutes early) and was very efficient. We were very pleased with the cleaning job. The nice thing about Chem Dry is that the surfaces cleaned dry very quickly with no residual odor. I would definitely use this service again!

Sometimes we have them clean all the carpets in our 4,000+ s/f home, and sometimes just one room from a dog problem, or the furniture along with the carpet and rugs sometimes too.
