Chem Dry always does a super job for us. We have cats and cats make spots but Chem Dry always gets them out.

I was very pleased with the courteous and professional service from initial contact through completion. The technician did a superb job. The chairs look like new and I could not be happier!

Leader was cold, and voice kind of rough. He did not smile once. He was trying to get us to add service or buy carpet cleaning product. They came in and did service, but the carpet didn't look clean. My guess is that because they do not use water, stains cannot really wash out. They use some kind of dry powder. Furniture marks were left after the cleaning. Not worth the money. I recommend going with a water-based carpet cleaner.

Chem Dry was on time. Service was fast and carpet dried later that day and there was no chemical or bad perfume odor. Pet stains removed.

There were two cleaners. One did a superb job on the stairs. They looked new and I have white carpet (I know....what was I thinking!). The other did the hallway and an entry into a bedroom that had a pet stain. They were very late arriving (after dark) which is the only complaint I have. I believe as a result of not having daylight the pet stain in the hall was not the best job ever. The one in the bedroom is gone. Nevertheless, I will use them again as they were thorough,polite and efficient. My carpet looked great . It is true that it takes more than a couple of hours to dry especially if you have thick carpet. I was very pleased

Our Chem Dry provider was Jason, and he did a wonderful, thorough job. We have dogs and cats, and our family room carpet needed quite a bit of work. While he couldn't get the old stains completely out, the family room carpet was vastly improved by his work. All the carpets and the two pieces of furniture looked very good and very clean when Jason had completed the job. It wasn't cheap, but I fell we got what we needed: quality work.

The service was excellent. The reason for the downgrade on price was that there wasn't a discount for whole-house service as offered by other services. They price based on square feet of carpet cleaned. Their process meant that all rugs were dry to touch within about six hours (contrary to two hours promised) and totally dry within 24 hours. Based on experience, a steam or water cleaning would have taken several days to dry. The technician was alone. He set up his machinery, cleaned the carpets, emptied the dirty water where I asked it to be emptied and departed. He arrived on time and was done/ gone within two hours. I'm very pleased with the service.

It was a good experience. They came on the time when they were supposed to be there. I had to pay a little bit extra may be $20 bucks or something like for extra spots that were difficult to come out, other than spots it looks really good. I would use them again in the future.

I had to change the day of service because the crew was unable to arrive until 5:30-6:00pm. But they did call, so it worked out. However, I had an Angie's List Member coupon which they were unable to honor because the coupon had been removed either yesterday or today. I did get a 10% discount, but the coupon was for 25% off when spending $100 or more. I think I should have received the 25% discount since I had set up the service before the coupon was removed from the site and there was not expiration date. But they guys are really good and I enjoy the conversation while they work.

I was very impressed with the effort he made to get my carpet clean. He got down on his hands and knees and worked over individual stains to try to get them out (and succeeded except where the carpet itself was discolored). So much better than other carpet cleaning services I have tried.

We have used this company several times. The only reason I gave them a B on punctuality was because I was given a window of 2-4 and the office and quot;forgot to calland quot; to say that they would not be at my house until 4 or 4:30. However, The technician did an excellent job as always and did not charge for me for a couple of extra and quot;runnersand quot; because of the late arrival. He knew I had a coupon from Angies list, which was good since I had forgotten that I had it on the fridge waiting for him. I think it is a shame that the company only sends one person. It is a lot of work for one person and my house is simple. The technician even moved my couch and cleaned under it, and then put it back! Highly recommend this company.

I had to reschedule due to various circumstances and they were very accommodating. On the morning they were to arrive, the guy actually came early, did great job. Moved furniture when needed.

It went well, but the cleaner spilled some solution on the doormat that stained it on his way out.

The service provider was nice enough to come in on a Saturday (because I had a tight timeline) and I was only available on the weekends. He normally doesn't work on weekends - but he offered to make an exception. Arrived on time and got right to work. Professional, nice, courteous, and quick. At the end he did tell me that it was going to cost a bit more than the estimate (from $140 to $160). While I had already thought it was a bit over-priced, this kind of sealed the deal. However, the quality of the work, offer to work on a Saturday, punctuality and timeliness more than made up for the extra cost. I would recommend this company.

From the time we hired them until the job was complete they were always professional. We were pleased with their services at first, but within 3 weeks all of the stains we had before were back again. They charged us on a sq ft basis at approx. $4.00/sf. No specials were offered. We paid $.10 per sf for a protective coating. After a couple of mishaps during the move we used our own steam cleaner and a spot treatment cleaner to easily clean an ink spot and a grease spot. I phoned Chem-Dry and told them of this problem but they said, "after 3 weeks, there is nothing we can do." This was not disclosed to us in the beginning. Thus, this company just took my money and ran.

The owner of Chem Dry of Chapel Hill Durham was able to get the latex paint off the carpet that 2 other people were not able to do. He was good.

The cleaning seemed rushed as we were told by the technicians that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to clean. It took 1 hour. Seemed rushed and quality not as good as previous times we have had Chem Dry. The estimate given over the phone was correct other than a $12.00 charge for corrective cleaning. I was not told about this charge and noticed it after they left and still do not know what it was for. They also dripped cleaning fluid on hard wood floors that we had to clean. It takes us over 1 hour to vacuum the entire area that they cleaned. It is hard to believe that a quality job can be done in 1 hour. They missed some areas in the bedrooms and overall it was just an average job. Next time we might call a different company. The technicians were very nice, but just too rushed to get the job done.

Overall I think they are an excellent company. They do a great job. We use them all the time. They are very responsive and quick. You can get appointments fairly quickly. They have great attention to detail. The service people are friendly. They have a spot remover that is terrific that we use all the time. Their fees are reasonable.

They do a very good job, as I've used them for about 6 years. They're punctual, careful with my furniture, and they're very thorough.

Chem Dry removed set in stains and performed their work in a professional manner. The carpet was quite damp until the next day, but I would have expected that considering all the work they had to do. I feel they saved my carpet. The price also included the traffic area in our bedroom and an additional small carpet.

The cleaning was thorough and meticulous. The carpets were cleaned and all tools were removed within an hour and a half. The carpets are thoroughly dried and were dry enough to to walk on within two hours from the completion of the job. The technicians are courteous and professional in every way. I have always used Chem Dry to clean my carpeting because the carpets dry efficiently and they are professional in every sense of the word.

I hired ChemDry to not only clean the carpet, but to replace the pad underneath the dog urine to, hopefully get out the smell. They did a fine job and, it turned out, I didn't need new padding under my carpet because I had prudently (if not forgetfully) purchased a waterpoof pad liner that kept the urine from sinking in. This fact was pointed out to me by the carpet man, who saved me quite a few bucks. My only issue was the carpet did not dry in the hour or two the carpet guy said it would. However, it was a humid day and he might have used more cleaner on the carpet because it was pretty dirty. In any case, when it did dry, I was very happy with the result.

They were prompt and courteous and we would use them again.

They've done a really good job for us. We had some other people we didn't like as well, and they really do a great job.

WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR A DECADE. THEY ARE HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEY ARE VERY NEAT. I HAVE ALLERGIES AND SO I NEED MY CARPET CLEANED OFTEN.
