Description of Work: Changed outside faucet. The representative that showed up was very efficient. In addition he advised me on how to keep this from happening in the future and what to do if it did. He even spent a great deal of time answering general questions that didn't quite pertain to the original problem. The price was reasonable, the service quick and the quality was excellent. I would recommend this company to my elderly mother without hesitation.

Description of Work: My Fridge was not cooling properly. They checked the compressor and it was fine. It turned out to be a fan on the inside of the fridge that was not working. He did not have the part on hand, so he put it back together and ordered the part. Once the part came in, they came back out and installed it. Everything is working fine. Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Service was performed on a Samsung fridge with a water leak due to a frozen drain channel. The repair technician, John was very courteous and resolved the issue in a quick and expedient manner. We are very pleased with the experience.

Description of Work: I had a 7.5 year old washing machine that was misbehaving with several issues, and I needed to get a diagnosis, in the hopes of getting it fixed -- and quickly, as we do TONS of laundry each week. These people were responsive, able to get me an appointment quickly, and were punctual for the appointment. Unfortunately, after a VERY thorough inspection (things were removed, opened up, etc... it took well over an hour), there were enough issues that the number of parts needing to be replaced, were going to nearly take us to the cost of a new machine, so the service person advised us to do so, instead of paying almost as much just for the fix. I appreciated their honesty, so we did as they suggested (and they even suggested some stores & brands where I could get something comparable, without losing an arm & a leg) and purchased a new machine. I also inquired about the status of my dryer, in case they thought that the death of one, was a sign for the coming death of the other... which, apparently, it wasn't. I would definitely use them for future repair issues.

Description of Work: John Michaels came out to repair my refrigerator ice maker and he is very knowledgeable and tells you everything and what is wrong then he tells you the exact cost. Best service man I ever had. Highly recommend. Also has great personality. Cost $207. Tom Miller, WS, NC.
