Recently we contacted Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to give us information on some services we needed. We wished to have our bedroom carpets cleaned. We received directions on how to prepare the rooms by moving the furniture, information on materials to be used, and pricing. We then set a time for them to come. Due to some unforeseen circumstances on our part, we had to reschedule, and they accommodated us immediately. Donna and Frank arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and proceeded to work efficiently and quickly. Within 2 hours of their arrival, they were finished. We were pleased with a job well done by them. Our carpets looked great and the citrus fragrance was pleasant. We highly recommend the quality of their work and the professionalism shown by them, and we will definitely use their services in the future.

Heaven's Best is my go-to company when my carpets need to be cleaned. The carpets always look good and the house smells great when they leave. Greg and team are trustworthy, on-time and dependable. I have used Heaven's Best several times and have always been pleased.

Donna and her husband showed up right on time. They did an excellent job on a nasty job in my rental house. There was a lot of dirt from dogs and I had my doubts as to how clean it would come. Amazingly, it is awesome. Much cleaner and looks so much better than I thought possible. I could not be more pleased. The citrus smell they left behind smells so good and refreshing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I would strongly recommend them. The thing I like the most about them, is that you’re able to walk on it within an hour. They have great equipment. They are very knowledgeable about carpet and know what they are doing. I also found out that I had been using a Rug Doctor, which is full of soap. The soap residue attracts more dirt, which is why the carpet was continually getting dirty. They were able to remove all of the soap residue, and therefore my carpet stays cleaner longer. I would recommend using them once a year or so.

They were excellent! They were also thorough and I would absolutely use them again, I have already referred them as well.

Due to a cancellation on the day they were to come, they called and asked if they could come early and I said yes because I had the furniture moved and ready to go. Will use Heaven's best again.

Initially I called this company to ask about cleaning an area rug. They gave me a special deal if there was anything else we needed. I actually had them clean carpet in three bedrooms and they did an awesome job! They even threw in a bottle of spot remover. I will definitely use this company again!
