We were very satisfied with the whole process. They were very prompt, called ahead to let us know they were on the way and arrived right on time. They were professional, thorough, and left a sample of their cleaning solution for future needs. The carpeting dried very quickly and looked beautiful when they were done. The previous owner had a cat, and my husband is highly allergic. He has had no problems in our new home. I noticed someone else in our neighborhood had them the following week to do theirs.

Most certainly exceeded our expectations. With 3 day notice, they were on site, walking our home room by room with us to discuss the best outcome for our situation. I couldn't have been happier to know, the owners of the company do all of the work. They were at our house on time, professional and more than willing to walk with us to determine optimal cost then proceeded to do exactly what they promised. Without question, we'll never use a different company. In terms of the cleaning method they use, we've used steam cleaners in the past and always felt shorted by the actual effort put forth to "clean" our carpets. Much to our happiness, this visit was the exact opposite. The machine used, and their attention to detail, left our carpets as clean and fresh as we've seen them in years. Even the pet stains were eliminated. Great Job Heaven's Best team!

Very well. Did a nice job. My carpets are a light color and had spots on them from my cats when they were sick. He got all the spots out and even gave me some of the cleaner and told me how to use it.

Very impressed with this business. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily, and they took less than 2 hours to clean half the house. They also gave me information on the best way to get stains out myself. The carpets now look brand new! I would definitely use this business again.

They are great! They were very flexible with working with my schedule. I felt bad, but I had to reschedule them a couple of times because I was having some work done to my house and you know how constructions goes, delays delays delays. I didn't want to have the carpets cleaned while they were still working in the house, because that would defeat the purpose. But when I did finally keep and appt, they came out and did a great job. Everything looked and smelled great when they left and still looks good today!

We purchased a home and contacted Frank & Donna to clean the carpets prior to moving in. They were very responsive on scheduling the appt, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. If you've never used Heaven's Best, you should. The carpets are cleaner (and stay clean longer) and smell so good when they're done. We'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly! Frank was extremely accomodating as we live 600 miles away from our second home on Lake Norman. He sized up the situation a couple of days before performing the actual work. When we arrived on Mar 21 (to do additional cleaning/painting/furnishing etc) we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful the linoleum was (we thought it was medium gray - come to find out it actually light gray) and how clean the carpeting was. We are ever so grateful to Frank and his crew as they spent the entire day stripping and cleaning. Not only was he courteous but followed up each visit with a phone call as well as an email. I rate Heaven's Best 10+!!!
