Description of Work: Apparently cleared clogged sinks, but clog returned the following day. My husband went into the crawl space and cleared additional material that had clogged the pipes himself. Now we no longer have the problem.

Due to the nature of drain line installations and factors outside of our control, it is impossible to guarantee that a drain will not have reoccurring issues, without additional labor and equipment to inspect the inside of the pipe and the fittings. However, as with any service we provide, the immediate return of the same problem is without question - a call back at no charge. We regret the customer did not inform us of the situation, I have spoken to [member's name removed] and issued a refund as compensation. A negative reflection cast on any business is also an opportunity we hope to use to improve our service for Henderson county residents who have employed us for the last 40 years. Description of Work: Did not use due to the estimate being much higher than other estimates received. Very professional. Came out at set time to give the estimate. Responsive, but had to phone them twice to ask for the bid. Since they did not do the job, I could not rate the quality of their work or give the cost of the service.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Summey Plumbing. We bought our house in 2005 and were part time residents for 6 years. Finally moved into our place in 2011. At this time, I noticed the toilet in the downstairs bathroom wasn't completely level. Summey Plumbing did the original plumbing in the house in 2005, so they came back in 2012 and leveled the toilet - completely free of charge. We were pleasantly surprised that we weren't charged a penny. Both repairmen were professional, pleasant, nice guys. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and rate them "A" in every category.

Above tells the story.
Description of Work: Experienced both interior and exterior (at the connection to city water) leaks. The contractors arrived on time, showed consideration in keeping the floor clean, had the right supplies and equipment, were friendly and made sure the leaks were fixed. A return visit was required and there was no charge for that.
