Description of Work: After getting many bids from roofers listed on Angies list, Joe gave the fairest price, most information and most complete answers to all questions. Before he was able to begin work, we had a terrible storm and the roof leaked. Joe came right out and patched it until his crew could begin work. These are some professional, hardworking men who waste no time. The work was excellent and the cleanup complete. |I recommend Joe and his crew to everyone who needs roofing repair or replacement.

Description of Work: This Joe fellow arrived September 30 2015 to give me a 1,250.00 estimate for replacing a skylight a home inspection deemed needing replaced due to a small leak. He said it might take 6 weeks as the weather had been very rainy and he was behind. After not hearing from him for 2 months I called December 2 and talked with his office manager who said the crew had been backed up with work due to the weather and holidays, but that I was still on the list. Thirty more days came and went.......nothing. Called again first of January and spoke with the same office manager and told her I had to get this fixed prior to listing my house for sale. She said the crew was still backed up with work and they were considering working on Saturdays to catch up and that I was 2nd on the "repair list". 30 more days.......nothing. I got somebody else to do the work in 2 weeks. | |Joe's Roofing came highly recommended so it is why I hung in there that long. But, I think he keeps a back log of repair work as a hedge against a lag in new construction work. That is very unfair if so, and reportable to the BBB. The least he could have done after 2 months is tell me he had no time and to have recommended a competitor.

Description of Work: I had a shingle that blew off during high wind. Joe replaced the shingle and inspected the roof, making another minor repair. At my request he estimated the life left in my shingles and described what to look for at the end of a roof's life.

Description of Work: I contacted 3 roofers for estimates on the replacement of my roof shingles. Roofing by Joe was the first to respond and they were out the next day for the estimate. Joe was very professional and took time to explain my options and give me some pointers and questions to ask as I got estimates. The second company (Joe's Roofing) came out 5 days later and the 3rd company (Best Roofing) sent an estimate by email without talking to me or meeting with me. | |I requested an estimate for asphalt single and for a metal roof from all three companies. Roofing by Joe and Joe's Roofing both provided estimates for asphalt and metal, Best Roofing only quoted asphalt. Quotes from Roofing by Joe and Joe's Roofing were very close while Best Roofing was almost 50% higher that either of the other quotes. | |I selected Roofing by Joe because he was so prompt with his estimate and because of the extra time he spent with me to provide details on the process. Once the contract was signed their office staff contacted me several time to keep me posted on their schedule. Joe and his workers arrived promptly on the scheduled date. The work was done in a very professional manner and Joe was on the job for the entire process. They removed the old roof and put down new tar paper the first day and installed the new shingles the next day. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They were very neat and did a great job of protecting my property from damage. All nails were cleaned up, no litter was left on the property, and they cleaned my gutters and repaired a downspout with no extra charge. | |The work was completed about 2 weeks ago and we have had several rains since then. The roof looks good and is preforming well. Based on the job done by Roofing by Joe, I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Roof re-shingled with particular attention to flashing around chimney. Joe showed up at the arranged time and job was completed on time with a few minor snags which he promptly rectified. His wasn't the best price which is reflected in the grading but I went with him because I like a no BS attitude which is exactly the service I received.

Description of Work: Patched a leaking area, addressed problem with chimney from previous (not well done) repair and sealed it. He fixed flashing around the skylights. Very responsive and efficient service.

Description of Work: We had wind damage to our roof, resulting in missing shingles and a leak into our master bathroom. I called Joe and he was able to stop by that same afternoon to provide a quote. Luckily, we already had the shingles we needed and Joe took the time to go ahead and install them. Based on this experience, my wife and I are very satisfied customers and we highly recommend Roofing by Joe LLC!!!

Additionally, performed additional wood repair as a result of chimney removed prior to roof replacement. |I am beyond happy with my experience with Roofing by Joe. Joe and his crew were professional and services what I had hoped to find, but they were friendly and considerate too. I could not be happier with my new roof.

Description of Work: It was a couple of years ago that we used them. The rental house had some places on the roof that needed patching. Since we're not ready for a new roof (yet) it was great to have somebody come and repair it. He and his helper were very nice people and did good, fast work.

Description of Work: Joe removed the existing chimney and covered the area after by replacing that portion of the roof that needed it. Would highly recommend this business.
