This was a wonderful experience. The price was competitive. Jeremy was very responsive and patient with my many questions. The workers were highly skilled and helped me decide which stain to use. I was especially worried about my choice of a water based satin finish but did not need to be. The floors are gorgeous-red oak with dark walnut stain and satin finish. They did a nice job of dust containment with less cleanup than I had expected. I will recommend them highly to anyone needing these services. I was so pleased I contracted to use Quality Floor for carpet in my bedrooms. I would be happy to provide a reference.

We received estimates from a few companies in the area, all of which were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. We decided on Quality Floor Services based on customer reviews and the initial responsiveness of the project manager, Jesse. Jesse scheduled the start of the job to accommodate our schedule. The installers arrived on time on the scheduled start date and showed up on time every day throughout the job. The work was completed a couple days ahead of schedule; the efficiency and quality of work exceeded my expectations. The existing floors and new floors were a great match and all of the floors look great. The installers were courteous, skilled, and hard working. I had a few small requests of the installers during the installation which were all addressed promptly and without hesitation. Jesse was also very responsive to email and helpful throughout the job. We would recommend this company for hardwood installation and refinishing without hesitation and would absolutely hire them again for future projects.

We received a prompt return phone call, followed by a free in-home estimate, and had new floors within 2-3 weeks. Couldn't have been easier! The start date was delayed 1 day because their previous job ran long, but they notified us and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was professional, courteous and on-time. They did an excellent job cleaning up and the finished product looks gorgeous. We love our new floors!

Great. The previous owner of the home had painted the floors black in the 2 bedrooms so all that paint had to be sanded off. The floor in the dining room needed some repair prior to the refinishing which they took care of. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and the end result was beautiful. The estimate with my options was straightforward. The price was good. Very happy with this company. Would use again.

They did a great job. It was very expensive, but the owner did warn me that it was going to be crazy expensive because he needed as much labor even though it wasn't the whole floor. He was fair, he told me that it was going to be expensive and it was. They did a good job. We had all the materials so it was just labor and a partial day. It was very expensive, but he was honest.

Quality Floor Service did a beautiful job refinishing all the hardwood floors in my home. The crew was skilled and professional. The manager and his staff communicated every aspect of the process with me. I felt well informed and taken care of. I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking quality work at a fair price. My floors look awesome!

The process went great. The salesman, Jesse, visited our project 3 or 4 times as the scope of work changed. He was sincere, straightforward and a good communicator. The refinisher, Rolando, was top notch with years of experience. He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I have not found one thing that I wish they would have done differently. The price is reasonable, and the finish product superseded our expectations. I would hire them again.

It didn't go well. The install was done on the day they said. They arrived later than what I was originally told by an hour! They Installers were professional! The flooring is great and there are spaces where I was told there would be none. The baseboards that were painted were installed and they did NOT finish them professionally. You see all the nail holes and lines where they cut. The sales rep was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The sales rep. gets an "F" after he hung up on me. Not professional at all. I do NOT recommend them at all!

Removed parquet floors from foyer and carpet from bedroom. Was supposed to reuse trim from foyer that matched woodwork, instead disposed of old trim that matched and did a very sloppy job of staining new trim (had to hire someone else to fix). Left huge gaps with holes under finished wood in stairway (again had to hire someone else to fix). Instead of the 2 days estimate, it was 4 days with 2 of those not arriving until 2:00 pm, including weekend. No attempt to match wood variations in most visible area of foyer and pretty sure they made the huge scratch in bedroom replacing the only piece of furniture they had to move. This company was much different when the parents were in charge. I guess to their credit, they did offer to have Rolando come back and fix the problems but since he was a big part of the problem, we opted to cut our losses and have someone else fix his problems rather than have another 'attitude' situation. Would never use them again for anything and am amazed that they have a super service award (assume it is left over from previous managers). Steer clear.

Estimate was completed very efficiently along with wood selection and ordering process. Installation crew were very skilled and professional. They took time to make sure all edges and transitions were right. It was a more difficult install than some because of our choice of multiple width planks in a random pattern but the crew did a beautiful job and finished in 2 days.

From start to finish we enjoyed a thorough and professional job. There was not one hitch. I don't think anyone could ask for a better experience,which matters, as the disruption to your household is truly gigantic.We enjoy our floors, and we enjoyed the crew, who were most helpful right to the end.

Quality came to my home and helped me choose a good product, and ordered and installed it quickly. Installers did a fabulous job with no supervision or trouble. Great job! Highly recommend.

The installers arrived on time and were neat and tidy, using our garage for their saws. The installation went well and the results are exactly what we wanted. We provided trim paint for the bathrooms so that the quarter round molding was painted to match prior to the installation.

They came out right away for a free estimate. Price was better than another company and they seemed really knowledgeable so we decided to go with them. Showed up on time first day and explained everything to me. Even showed me two stain options on my floors once they were sanded so I could know what they would look like. So far they have only done the upstairs, but they are coming back next week to finish the job. The floors look incredible. We couldn't be happier.

On time, very professional. Floor looks fabulous. Even during the bad weather they made attempts to accommodate the changing schedule. Bravo! Great to find a contractor I would use again. :)

Quality Floor Service was excellent from beginning to end! They have a "can do" attitude. The biggest differentiator between Quality Floor Service and all other competitors was their willingness to help us move and work around furniture. The team was professional, worked very hard in a clean and neat way every day, and completed the job promptly. We even had a threshold that was unique, and the team created a custom threshold for us. Quality Floors is excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting in hardwood flooring!

Jeremy was very professional and prompt and his estimate was very reasonable. We ended up going with another provider that was located closer to our home. It did not work out very well so next time we will go back to Quality Floors.

It was a big job. They began on 11/25/13 and finished on 11/27/13. They moved furniture. They kept a clear path for me to get from room to room ( I have limited mobility). They were very considerate and professional throughout the whole process and even went the extra mile with little touches. And they did a beautiful job at clean-up and arranging the furniture just so. I recommend these folks highly.

The team that was sent out were on time, cleaned up after themselves and we still love the work they did. Plan to use them again for other bedrooms.

We left town for a few days, left our key with a neighbor, and let the work team take care of the floors. When we returned, we were extremely pleased with the job. Our initial contact was Jeremy, who gave us our initial quote. He was very professional and also responsive to our needs. If we had a question, he would get back to us as quickly as possible. His floor work team, led by Augustin was also very professional. The team worked very hard, were very polite, and when we returned, they left the house in impeccable condition. I felt very confident leaving our home to these professionals. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs wood floor work.

We were very pleased with our installers, Rolando and Abel. They worked without taking breaks and wasted no time getting our old carpet out and the hardwood installed. We had a small issue with a couple of pieces of wood and immediately Quality flooring had an installer back at our house. I would recommend them without a second thought. The installers were so neat and cleaned everything as they went. I offered to vacuum so they could go home and they said no--that is part of their service.I felt very comfortable with them in my home and I give them an A plus. Quality Flooring is just that-Quality

Did a great job of removing carpet and fitting new floor under the edge of baseboard so we didn't even have to add quarter round. No one else would move heavy office furniture - Quality floors did. Everyone else said we had to add quarter round molding (my wife did not want} - Quality floors agreed to remove and replace my baseboard - no one else wanted to. Quality floor did such a great job of fitting it in that the baseboard did not even have to come off. AND quality floors had the lowest price. WIN WIN WIN Finished in one day and far exceeded expectations by not having to disturb baseboards and no extra molding needed. Jeremy is a pleasure to work with and his installers are excellent and hardworking.

We worked with Jesse and he was incredibly patient with our deciding what rooms and what types of flooring to use. We decided on raw white oak and a clear finish. Initially, we weren't going to refinish the great room but the Quality crew did such a terrific job we changed our minds and brought them back. The dates promised to begin the projects were kept 100%, the crew was professional, responsive, sensitive to the owners needs and requirements. Rolando is an artist! He took our very out of whack stair cases and made them look wonderful by custom cutting every board. Steve, Rodrigo and Fernando did a fantastic job sanding and finishing. Abel took exquisite care of installing the quarter round and worked around the registers that cut in close to the wall with a finesse par none. The team worked long days and even weekends in order to get the job done in a timely manner. They took any chemicals and dust with them. Remarkably the house was not terribly dusty, the dust containment system did a very good job. My only concern would be the attention to caring for the stair rails, existing floors and walls. It would have been nice had the crew taken steps to protect these things before carrying in the wood, etc. There was no significant damage, just a few smudges. That said I would hire them again and again!

The positive reviews on Angie's list are right on target. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, the representative that performed the measuring and estimate was timely, engaging, and professional, and the installation and sanding division personnel were efficient and exceptionally skilled. The entire process was managed extremely well and the final product is worth every penny. The floors are so beautiful that I am reluctant to move my furniture into the rooms!
