I have used them several times. They are very good. I generally thought they provided quality work and good value. They did everything that I asked them to. It was a pretty simple straightforward job but I thought it was good work for the money. I established a relationship with them because of the big deal and was impressed with their work.

Did a good job caulking and also offered good suggestions and advice concerning future needed repair work.

This was a do-over to correct a problem which was not Paco's fault. Due to a misunderstanding, the incorrect material was used for the original repair. When I became aware there was a problem and reported it, Paco offered to do the work over at no charge. The repair has been done to my complete satisfaction.

Punctual, professional and a bargain.

It went well after some minor scheduling challenges.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon. Asked Paco for a quote. He said he was finishing up a job and could come over between 3:30 an 4pm that day. At 4pm, he called to say he'd be 10 minutes late. He came as he said; gave me the quote; said he could start it Thursday. [Though he had just finished a job, he said he waits a day to start another. I took that to mean he allows a day to go back, if need be - so his just-finished customer wouldn't be left hanging. That's a good thing.] Thursday comes. He said he'd be there between 8-9am. He called around 9 to say "10 minutes" - and, indeed, he and his two-man crew appeared, set up and began right away. The best part was that he said they'd be able to finish in one day. [I was going to board my dog and stay at a friend's overnight, since there would be no bathroom until they finished.] They used quick-set stuff - and you've got to know what you're doing do get tile set right before it sets up. They did finish that day, as they said - beautiful placement, grout lines and cuts around a curved wall came out great! I did have to call about sealer. He had not included it. For another $20 he came back out after letting it set over the week-end. He said the sealer he uses should take care of it for three years. I am very, very happy with this job and this company. I have recommended them to my best friend - who is extremely picky about workmanship.

He came in and looked initially. He came back and was on time and brought a helper. He did beautiful work and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to others.

Paco did a great job on the tile. The tile work was excellent. He was prompt and I was very satisfied with the work. I added to the coupon and had two bathroom floors done. I thought he was going to put in toe molding. He was not aware that the work was expected and did not do so. He apologized and said he would take care of it but after a week I decided to replace it myself. He had tried to call me but I had the wrong number on Angie's List and he could not get in touch with me. A couple of days later he called to let me know he was still working on it but I told him it had already been done. I would use him again but I would make sure expectations were clear up front.

Paco came twice. The first time, he came to check out the job, and get details of grout colors. The second time he came, he did the work. He had a helper, he was pretty fast, and he did a great clean-up when his work was done. He was easy to get in touch with, as I had to reschedule one of his appointments. He was good with communications. I should have been more detailed about exactly where I expected the tub work to start and stop, as he could have gone higher to include the faucet joints. But I did not tell him this when I generally described what I wanted him to do. My advice is to be specific about what you expect. The work he did looks very good.

This was an excellent experience. Paco is very skilled, professional, trustworthy, and reliable.

Paco was on time, was very polite and did an excellent job. I would recommended him to anyone interested in tile work.
