In our team we have interior designers that will help you create a new Kitchen & Bathroom or will help you to pick the right color, shape, size on your new tile or wood floors that will fit your style. Our installers have great skills and the knowledge to give you the best quality on their work and the most important part that they will do a proper installation based on our partner associations for each industry. Description of Work: They cleaned and resealed the tile in a bathroom. Did not clean/reseal grout which I hoped would be included. Workers did not speak much english which made asking questions difficult.

Description of Work: Paco and his crew did an excellent job installing backsplash in our kitchen. When he discovered we had bought the wrong kind of grout, he drove to Transylvania Co. to find the right shade to match our backsplash. Paco always let us know by phone if he was going to be a few minutes late. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hello Member, I'm sorry to hear that, but I remember When we left your house we asked your husband to check our the new caulking and he told us "is much better" and I thought we did a good job, but I see you are not happy with our service and I would like to offer you to fix the caulking on the utility sink and in the shower sealing without any charge, I will provide the materials and my time to do the caulking the way you want to have it done.
