Description of Work: Cleaned all ducts, coils on heater, dryer vent, other maintenance services associated with cleaning air ducts.

Description of Work: Cleaned and vacuumed the ductwork for dust and mold; cleaned some mold on the insulation inside the air handling equipment. |Price was exactly as quoted. |Pointed out some things that needed attention and suggested an ultraviolet light addition that would help the destroy molds after I add a new gas furnace. |I was very happy with the work and Wade was really good in explaining stuff. His helper John, was quiet and competent.

Description of Work: Cleaned out my ducts after I had some contstruction in a home I bought. It was apparent the previous owners never did this, yukk! They did a great job and were very neat and professional.

Description of Work: They cleaned the dryer vent and cleaned everything up really well afterwards. They arrived 1 1/2 hours late - called when one hour late to make sure it was okay to come. We said yes. The original charge was $225; he discounted it. He advised us on the frequency of cleaning the dryer vent.

Description of Work: Complete cleaning of ductwork, coils and blower motors on a 1996, two zone system that was really dirty.

Description of Work: We had a tenant move into a vacant apartment and complained of cat urine odor. It was really bad, made your eyes water. We narrowed down the problem to the laundry room, where the previous tenant had kept the litter box. We called another company, and they agreed to change out the duct leading to the laundry room. The problem remained. I did more investigating before hiring someone else, and found that Ductz had good reviews. We called Wade, and he came out, did a quote, and we hired him. As we had assumed the previous company had done what we had paid them for, he focused on other issues, like coating the insides of panels, cleaning the coils, still, the problem, while better after Wade came, remained. He came back out 2 more times, as no extra charge, to fix the problem. He found that the previous company had only changed part of the vent, but had left the part that was under a piece of plywood and was the most important, and had litter collected in it. Of course it still smelled! In addition, Wade cleaned out the entire duct system, hooking up a giant vacuum and got so much stuff out the previous company had missed, including mounds of cat hair and even receipts. This is an apartment that is only 3 years old. Of course, the first company couldn't have done a very good job cleaning with the gobs that came out when Wade cleaned it. We hope to have him come in and clean our our home system, but for now, all of our money is going into the rentals.

Description of Work: Company came to provide an estimate of services. They were super nice, very professional and arrived on time. We couldn't afford their services at this time, but I would definitely recommend them and would consider using them in the future if our situation changes.

Description of Work: Wade Patterson cleaned duct system of heat pump that has been in place since 2000. We rescue animals, mainly cats that are indoor/outdoor. Three years ago a stray puppy was added to the mix. Of course, over the years there was a great deal of animal hair buildup in the duct system. Our H/C tech referred us to Ductz because they use a very different system than other duct cleaning companies. We are extremely pleased with the service and Wade is great to work with. We could tell a difference in allergies right away since the recirculated air of the heating system is now free of all pet hair/dander.
