Wade and Jacob were very professional and courteous. They were on time and explained everything they were doing and took before and after pictures of my entire duct work and air handler. Wade was also very kind and provided the dryer vent cleaning at no extra charge. Wade and Jacob accommodated us by maintaining the use of face masks and foot coverings not only respecting our home but also our health and safety at this time of Covid. We greatly appreciated his company’s services and would highly recommend them.

Ductz Wade Patterson and his crew did a great job cleaning our ducts. Wade came out promptly to look at our duct system and wrote out the estimate that day. He was extremely accommodating to our confusing schedule. He was available to answer our questions when we received conflicting advice about the timing of cleaning the ducts (we had other work going on) and offered sound advice. His crew came in and worked consciously. They were careful to ensure that all the vents were probably closed before beginning their process. When they finished, our house looked like it did before they came. No mess. The crew was very courteous. They even apologized because they were "tardy" by a mere 3 minutes. We highly recommend Ductz.

It went very well. The 2 guys that were there were very respectful put covers on their shoes. They were efficient. they had good communication. The president cam out and gave us the estimate they did the dryer vent for free. They worked straight through. They cleaned up everything before they left .

They were the most knowledgeable of the providers I spoke with. They were professional and educated me on what was safe for my health. I could feel the difference in the air quality when they were 1/2 way through.

They were on time, exactly! They thoroughly cleaned all the branch ducts, while having a vacuum removing the built up debris of hair, dust and mold that they were causing to come loose. Since this is a two story house, the problem was greater than normal. After this was accomplished they proceeded to clean out the cooling/heat exchanger of the heat pump and then the main duct. This they had to cut into, in order to do a through cleaning job. The cleaning was done, then the duct was painted on the inside to prevent reoccurrence of mold and then the access holes were patched over. They did a marvelous job of removing all the product that came out and cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs this type of work done. They were professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be done and how to do it.

We had scheduling problems but they hung in thee with us for a date. Much appreciated. Chad and his guys were very professional in their work. They were very efficient. We appreciated Chad going out of his way to point out things we might think about doing both now and in the future to improve the livability of the house.

The work was excellent. The ducts had many years of built up accumulation but they were able to clean them out thoroughly. Wade Patterson was very friendly, timely and professional. I was very satisfied and would certainly call them again.

Excellent work. Came right out the same day I called. One of my dryer vents is at the roof line so they had to scale a tall ladder. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. I also inquired about cleaning the air ducts in my house. They took a look at my system and determined that it was very clean and did not require any cleaning.

The owner and associate arrived at 9am. They immediately started work. They wore shoe protectors any time they came into house. They didn't stop for breaks. They did a very thorough job finishing about 2PM. When job completed, the owner of the company sat down with me to explain all work that was performed which agreed with his original proposal. We were very satisfied with the work peformed and the professionalism exhibited. Would highly reccomend.

Couldn't have gone better! Wade gave us a bid, and a week later, along with another guy, started and completed the service in one day. They did what they said they were going to do at the price they said they were gonna do it, in the approx. time frame they estimated. Actually, it took them a little longer than they predicted. They were really diligent. On top of that, they were personable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Ductz did a thorough cleaning of the entire duct system and removed the cause of the odor.

We thought we were going to have to replace all of the ductwork in the home due to mold. Ductz saved us from having to do that and therefore saved us a lot of $$.

The service turned out very well. As a result of the work, I do not have to change the filters every two weeks. They came back afterwards to check the work. The work took one full day. They did a great job. I found them to be very informative as they showed some of the stuff that they manually took out. I noticed that when it rained, I had the smell of mold and they took care of that. I do not see dust accumulate like it used to. The heating and air conditioning system seems to work a lot better now. They were very professional and courteous to work with. I was very impressed with them.

Arrived on time at 9 am and finished past 3 pm. Had to deal with two systems, one located in the crawl space. Also cleaned the cloth dryer vent. Great job!

This company does great work! They have the proper equipment and made a complete and thorough investigation of where all the ducts are located in the home, becoming familiar with locations of the separate heating and air systems in a big old home. We believe that the duct work in this home may NEVER have been cleaned. With the extensive remodeling work that was just completed, I was having eye irritation and a running nose every time I left during the remodeling. I could tell yesterday afternoon after visiting the home while the Ducts were being cleaned out, that the air was much cleaner in the home and I didn't have any sinus issues later in the day. I totally get that these ducts had not been cleaned before. A Barbie Doll comb from the 60's was found down in one of the air ducts.

It went very well. There were two people working. They showed up and did the work, they cleaned everything up and they left. Mr. Patterson came back the next week to apply some adhesive he had run out of at the time of the job. A lot of companies would've just left that off. I would recommend this company for the high quality of work they do. They have high standards and are very professional. It took a little longer for them to schedule my job because they stay very busy, and they were not the cheapest company. But you get what you pay for and in this instance, I felt like it was a bargain. And Wade Patterson is a very nice man.

They got there on time, showed us the equipment that they were going to use, explained ALL of the cleaning process details, showed us the results (clean ducts and furnace), took a couple short breaks, cleaned up everything before leaving, gave us suggestions for the future.

From scheduling to completion this whole experience was exceptional. We had to change the date several times because of closing issues and they were very flexible and nice about it. Wade came with his assistant right on time to do the work. He explained what they were going to do before they did it. They cleaned and wiped out all returns to be spic and span. They spent about three and a half hours under, in and around the house. $700 seems like a lot, but for the time it took and the quality of the work, it was well worth the money. They work very hard for their money. Most people don't realize the importance of having ducts cleaned out either after new construction or when buying a resale. I wouldn't move into a house without having this done. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality work of this company. Wade's jokes were ok too. Thanks guys for a job well done!
