Description of Work: Rod came out in the pouring rain and gave us a second opinion on my mother's condo which was for sale. We had some mold and fungus issues as well as some water drainage issues. Rod is excellent and gave us sound advice and approximate costs, referring us to another local company that he does work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and we will definitely use him again as well as refer our friends to him!
