My husband called and made an appointment for 9/12. They arrived shortly after 8 a.m. The job was completed in short order. They were very careful around all the plantings. Rick answered our questions about the septic field and trees (what not to plant) and even explained how the system works. All in all, we would highly recommend this provider. Great guys and very, very personable. We'll see them again in 2016. We weren't sure if it was time to have it pumped but we've been in the house for four years. Rick said it was definitely time and we are so happy that Angie's List led us to this company.

They were very good and very responsive. Everything went very well. They serviced the house when we first moved in and so we've just been using them ever since we've been here. Their price was competitive with everybody else.

He did a great job. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and neat. He was very experienced with over 40 years. He was very careful not to mess up my plants or anything with the hose he used.

We had them come out for what we thought was a routine septic cleaning. The previous homeowners told us they had it emptied the year before. The tank wasn't where the previous homeowners said it was located, so they had to take time to find it. Once they found it and opened it they found out it hadn't been cleaned since the home was built 40 years ago. They finished the job in 3 hours and the price was $275.00. They definitely earned their money that day!

We were in a pickle when Aaa saved the day!! This was the first time cleaning our tank, and we had another septic service out to the house who tried to find the tank (it was not as shown on the plat) to no avail! This other service also did not return our calls and so we tried Aaa. We knew we were past due for a cleaning and were beginning to get nervous. We called Aaa and they found the tank in 10 minutes! We then discovered that we did not have the proper access to the tank as landscaping was placed on top of the tank itself and the tank was buried a few feet. They sent Andrew (Drew) out to dig and he was super. Polite, concerned about saving as much of our landscaping as possible, doing "extras" like hauling away the shrub, and working with the shrubs to create a nice appearance after he had to remove some. Drew worked most of the day for a very reasonable rate. He spent hours digging and uncovering the tank. We were not even sure if we were digging for the small chamber or intake end. He found both. They pumped from both sides of the tank (to get all the sludge out) since we'll have both ends uncovered and opened anyway, and Drew put a regular cover on the small chamber (since it needed to be replaced), and reburied it, plus a manhole-type-access cover on the intake end, allowing for easy access going forward. So, the next time we need to pump it will be cheap and easy. We will be calling Aaa in the future for any of our needs and I would HIGHLY recommended them!

On the morning of the appointment, the representatives for AAA were right on time. They did have to locate the septic tank since there was no visible access for it. Once they had located the tank, they worked very quickly and efficiently and were completed within an hour. They did reccomend that I have a visible access installed so that I wouldn't have to pay to have the tank located and access dug out next time. I also received a box of treatment packets for the system.

Both times I have used them it went great and I was totally happy with their service.

This was our first time emptying the septic tank since the house was built. They were on time for our 9:30 am appointment, started work right away and were completely done by 10:25 am. They were efficient, friendly, neat and answered all our questions. Overall, we were very pleased with the service performed.

I called AAA Septic service and scheduled the pumping for the next day. Rick came out and did a very nice job. He as friendly and patient to answer all our questions since this if our first septic tank. He was done in no time. My only suggestion would be to have him pull his truck somewhere other than the driveway b/c it leaked oil on the driveway and someother type of liquid on gravel that's on a side driveway. Otherwise throw something under the truck!

Gloria was very professional and answered all our questions over the phone. This was the first time we had ordered septic service on this home that we purchased in 2006. She was able to schedule us right away and told us the exact price..$275 if they had to locate and dig up the cover, $250 if we had it ready. Two men arrived about 10 minutes ahead of appointment. They were very courteous and definitely qualified for the job. We also had lots of questions for them as to how to best maintain the septic system and they answered all accurately and pleasantly. We definitely will use again in three years and recommend to neighbors.

My mother had never had her septic tank cleaned out and didn't even know where it was. I called AAA, got a price over the phone, and an appointment for the next day. They arrived exactly on time, even though my mother's house can be difficult to find, and they got to work immediately to locate the septic tank. Based on the location of the well, they figured the most likely side of the house for the septic tank to be on, and had us flush a locator down the toilet. Within minutes they had found the tank. As they were digging, they discovered that someone had installed a gas line running right over the top of the tank. They were careful not to hurt the gas line in any way, but still managed to get down to the septic tank cover. Once they were able to uncover the tank, it was evident that it may never have been cleaned out - possibly in 30 years. Several times the tubes got clogged with things that had been flushed down toilets that never should have been. Even so, they were patient and just took care of it. Then they covered everything back up again when they were finished. The solid matter that didn't belong in the septic tank in the first place, they just buried. When the job was complete, they explained to us how often my mother ought to have this done. We did buy from them a box of special bacterial packs to flush down the toilet once a month. They charged us exactly what they said they would, arrived on time, and the job took about as long as they said it would, as well.

They fit us in as an emergency request, came in a mere hour and a half after we called, took care of everything. And their price was 30% lower than we paid for a similar service in the past.

I was amazed at how fast they came. I work at home and didn't have to miss a lot of work to wait for them. They charged the price I was quoted and were very professional.

The man on the phone was responsive and helpful. An appointment for between 12 and 12:30 was scheduled. The gentlemen arrived at noon and went right to work locating our tank and digging to expose the lid. They then quickly pumped the tank replaced the lid and covered the hole. All of the work was completed within 45 minutes. The gentlemen were professional and completed the task expertly.

I have used them on two different properties for inspection and cleaning. They are very professional and pleasant to deal with. They took care to answer my questions and were courteous and friendly from start to finish. The septic cover broke and they immediately replaced it on a Friday evening without hesitation.

We just purchased a house, without having the septic inspected prior to closing. Rick and his co-worker (didn't get his name) arrived early. They found the septic tank easily and quickly with only a small 45 year old hand drawing to go on and a hint from a small brick in the yard. After they dug down to the lid, they uncovered the tank, took a look at the condition of what they saw, and then pumped it out. They showed me the tank and main pipe and gave me their opinions about the size of the tank and condition of the system. When they were done, they covered the tank back up with the fill dirt. They patiently and professionally answered my questions about the system and my concerns about landscaping/where the leach field is, and how the system might hold up with 4x the number of people living in the house than has been in recent years. They were refreshingly unbiased when asked about us keeping the septic versus hooking up to city sewer. I appreciated that they were polite, friendly, well-spoken and professional, and that they were also careful while doing their work with my two young children being there and being curious about what they were doing. They did not push the chemicals on me, just mentioned they had them if I wanted to buy them from them or that I could get them myself at a store. Price for the service was competitive with other companies.
