This company might have the best customer service of any business I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It started out right with the first phone call and a warm kind-hearted person on the other line setting up my appointment and ended with the two funniest and professional gentlemen pumping out my septic. They came on time (actually 15 mins early) and had to locate a septic tank from a drawing handwritten 30 years ago. It took them almost an hour of never giving up and trying to find the septic tank. It was pouring down rain, as usual, for this time of the year, and they kept a smile on there face and kept saying we will find it, sir! It amazes me that you have to call someone that deals with a smell of you know what all day, to finally find someone that is just simply happy to work, happy to run a business, and knows what customer service is all about. I'm just bummed it will be another five years before I have to call them out again....The rest of WNC should take notes from this company...old school southern hospitality at it's best!

Without a hitch. The company showed up on time, had not difficulty running their tube to our tank, and quickly pumped the tank. They offered helpful hints and made sure the cover was securely replaced so water and debris would not seep into the thank.

I had no idea where our septic tank was. Drew, the service person, found the drain field next to the driveway. He had me flush an electronic signal device down the toilet. He warned me that there would be a $35 charge if he couldn't recover it. With that, he located the tank. It was under the driveway, so Drew dug through the asphalt to get to it. Our house was built in 1979. We've lived here for 2-1/2 years. It was pretty obvious that the septic tank had never been pumped. We've been lucky and haven't had any problems, but we definitely needed to have the tank pumped. I plan to have it done about every five years and I will certainly call AAA Septic again. Drew was friendly, helpful, and professional. He took time to help me figure out what to do about the hole in the driveway which is fortunately in a place we can avoid driving over. AAA Septic is a family business founded by Drew's grandfather in the 1940s and now owned by Drew's father. I like doing business with people who live in the community they serve.

AAA Septic provided their service promptly and professionally, took their time to discuss the health of the septic system so the owner could understand and suggested how to proceed with installing a 'riser' do avoid having to dig up the sidewalk up (owner dug up sidewalk to access the tank and wanted that to be the last time that would be necessary) the next time the septic tank needed serviced. When finished they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and the men that arrived to do the work. Their rates are what I would consider very reasonable (especially when compared to another company in our area previously contacted) and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

That was pretty an easy procedure and they were there within a week. They did it and that was very simple. There's no hassle.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable charge. It took a long time to even find the septic tank, then he had to dig down to open. After finishing his work he replaced the dirt and grass and cleaned up the area. I am very grateful.

.The location of the septic system was difficult to find but he persisted until it was located.. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he was curteous. He explained what he was doing and offered helpful advice.

I was very pleased with them. It's family owned company. I called them in the morning and they were out the same day. I had no idea where the septic tank was located. They went around the yard and found it. They completed the work in about an hour and the price was reasonable.

Mike and Drew were to arrive around 2pm this afternoon. They called about 1:15 to say they were at the house and ok if they started. No problem. I just had to leave work to go back to the house to give them payment. I got to the house around 2pm and they had already finished. I love it!! They had no problems. I bought some additive from them as well. Never thought getting my septic tank would get me in a good mood. Thanks guys

They came out as scheduled, cleaned the tank, advised as to additive use, and replaced the disturbed soil. |They were friendly and appeared to have done a throrough job.

They were 20 minutes late, but called us to inform us ahead of time. The two guys cleaned out the tank and left with no problems.

Very efficient and friendly. Called because they were going to be fifteen minutes late and arrived as they stated. Cost was just as quoted. Very knowledgable in answering questions.

Made an appointment but because of the heavy rain I called the office and offered they could come later. I was told that they were ahead of schedule and they work in the rain, the offer was appreciated but they would be there. The rain stopped just a little before their truck pulled up. Working together they quickly found the tank and had the lid off in no time. They were happy to answer my questions and fully explained what they found.

My toilets were beginning to gurgle and back up a bit. Sometimes water level were very low. I called AAA septic based on a recommendation from my plumber on Tuesday and was able to set an appointment for the next day. Troy was on time, very educational, very friendly and very helpful. They were finished in just an hour with no complications.

Troy is awesome and I highly recommend him. I called Troy at 5:30 on the Friday before Christmas after my plumber said that my septic tank would last another day or two unless I had it serviced. I have family coming in for the holidays next week and was afraid that I would have to cancel as we probably were not going to have any facilities. Troy agreed to come out the next day (Saturday) and quoted my a very fair price. They showed up on time, completed the work in short order and honored me the previously quoted price even though I am sure that it required more work than what was agreed on. Merry Christmas to me (even though the in-laws are definitely coming now).

When I called I told the lady I found the company on Angie's List. She was thrilled. The appointment was made for the next morning, and they considerately called because they might be and quot;20 minutes late,and quot; they said. (I secretly thought most service people wouldn't call if they were a half-day late. They might not even come at all and leave a customer to wait all day in vain.) When they arrived (after following complicated rural directions really well, I thought) they worked efficiently and quickly considering the condition of our decades-old septic system. They were able to park their service truck in the driveway and run a long hose down the hill, across a rock wall, etc., to access the tank (which is in the back yard behind the house). The (low/reasonable) price also included a big package of bacteria-producing product that will keep the system working longer. They were really professional and nice. I'd certainly recommend their service.
