Description of Work: They found the septic tank , dug down to the covers and pumped out the tanks. The process went quickly and was very well down. The ground was let like they found it with the dirt and grass replaced.

Description of Work: Pumped septic tank. Came with 2-3 days notice. Was not an emergency. Arrived exactly when scheduled. Pumped the tank and were done in less than 45 minutes. Left NO mess or any sign they were here. We had lids exposed. We recommend and will use them again.

Description of Work: Two workers. Both very pleasant and professional. On time despite downpour of rain. But they never complained and were well suited with raingear to do the job well without being hurried from being out in the rain in regular clothing. They were patient with me as I asked many questions with our new (old) home. I couldn't find the lid or discern the location of the tank, drain, and fields. This is my first septic tank. They explained how it functions and dos/don'ts to keep the system in top notch shape. They were terrific communicators, educators, and business men. Very ethical and respectful to me as a woman/customer. Didn't tear up the yard. Respected my time and the value of a good job. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!!
