What a great company. Very responsive. The initial work actually took two days because there were so many branches in the yard that needed removal before they could edge and mow. That large dead bush in the front next to the street is gone. Billy gave me some ideas of what we could do in that area.

They were here and were prompt. They did a great job. I would refer them to friends and family members. I think they were reasonable in terms of price. In terms of punctuality, they were here on time. I am going to continue to use them.

I first called to have them aerate my lawn. They were punctual and did a great job. I also told Billy that I would like some additional work done. He met with me after the aeration was completed and discussed what else I needed done. We walked the property together and went over all the items needing attention. He provided me with a detailed written estimate and I hired him to do the work. They arrived on the agreed upon date and completed the work. He and his crew did a great job and exceeded my expectations. Once the work was completed, Billy again walked the property with me to make sure they had completed everything to my satisfaction. My lawn and beds look fabulous and in fact I am signing an annual lawn maintenance contract for them to keep my lawn looking great year round. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

I spoke with the owner to schedule an appointment. He was punctual and polite when giving a fair estimate for the trimming of two large bushes. He does similar work in our neighborhood and said our bushes would be trimmed in the next two weeks when another neighborhood customer's bushes were trimmed. I never heard from him and no one came to trim the bushes

They arrive on time and do the work in a timely fashion. They are very professional.

Originally spoke with the company in late summer of 2009. Rep came out; gave me an estimate on repairing a retaining wall along my property line, doing some regrading, lawn repair and additional landscaping. Based on the estimate, I signed a contract with them in October. I originally wanted the work done by the beginning of December. The rep warned me that this might not be feasible with their workload and weather, which I was fine with since I had delayed signing the contract for several weeks. I heard nothing from them until right at the end of the year. We ended up having a wet winter, and several potential work dates were scheduled and cancelled. On more than one occasion, a potential work date would be set and pass without any contact; I would end up calling them after the fact. Several more months passed with this repeating pattern. In April of 2010, the rep called me with a revised date. I told him I was no longer interested since my original goal was to get the work accomplished during the winter months and before my new neighbor had moved in, necessitating a collaborative approval on the work at the property line. I realize this sort of work is very subject to weather, but a 6 month delay was, in my mind, ridiculous. More than that, the multiple missed work dates essentially strung me along until the work could no longer be completed as originally contracted. I was also disappointed that the owner and/or manager never attempted to contact me during this period to explain or apologize for the delay, or after the fact to give an explanation or attempt to repair the situation.

Very knowlegeable and thorough. I was so pleased with my first job that, as soon as they are available, I will have Billy and his team come back for more landscaping. The price was reasonable and the work quite satisfactory!

They did a good job. They are punctual when they come out. They show up when they have to do the service.

I think Reedy Creek is excellent and will continue to use them. They are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive; however, I feel we consistently receive more for our money than expected. If they see something that was not previously discussed (like a 15' elm that was growing too close to the house, or trimming back my herbs), they take care of it to make sure the overall job is impeccable. I've gone through a lot of landscapers in Charlotte just for the basics, and they've all driven me crazy with haggling final prices after the quote, not showing up when expected, bad jobs, etc. Reedy Creek's owner Billy is fully engaged with every job we've done with them and makes sure everything is turnkey. I never have to worry about dealing with them and I know it'll be a job more than well done!

We were between landscaping companies and needed some immediate mowing services performed this spring. We called Reedy Creek Lawn; Chris Sherrill was punctual, professional and helped us with several mowings. We were impressed with the professionalism, quality and timeliness of their service. The price was reasonable compared to other companies we called. Based upon another referral we ended up hiring a different long term landscaping company, but we would consider calling Chris and Reedy Creek again if we need some immediate lawn service.

They did a very good job taking care of the lawn. The lawn was consistently well kept.

Four of the trees that were put in keep falling over and he says he can't stand them up because they have a smaller root system. All the work, other then the trees, was done promptly and well. The price was fair. The height of the tree was fine but they were much thinner trees then those I had purchased of the same type in the past. He is great for irrigation and drainage. At this time, the trees are still leaning and he hasn't returned my calls.

They came out on short notice and solved the problem. They had great customer service.

They were courteous and professional and they did a great job so far.
