We were very pleased with Kevin. He was extremely nice. Did a great job on the house. It looks fantastic after a really great cleaning. He gave us a window of arrival time and called when he was about 45 minutes away. I appreciate this because no one wants to sit and wait on someone all day. I will call Kevin the next time our house needs a good washing and I would also refer him to my friends.

The service was done in a timely manner and Mr. Reed was extremely professional and eager to take care of the task at hand. He went over several of the more stubborn areas until satisfied. The house looks amazing and we wished we would have taken before and after pictures to show off his work. Would definitely use again and recommend.

This provider contacted me promptly about setting up a time for service. He was friendly and professional. He was thorough and very capable. He seemed genuinely concerned that I be satisfied with his services. When I pointed out concerns (they were few and minor) he addressed them and made sure that I was completely happy with the services. I would not have any reservations about using him again or recommending him to anyone needing pressure washing. I am completely satisfied with the services from this provider. This was my first experience with an Angie's List provider and it was a very good experience.

the outcome of this: A beautiful power washed house, driveway, and walkways look like new. Kevin came to our home as planned, he worked alone and made sure that all of the mold and dirt on the house was removed to our satisfaction. Kevin is professional and takes great pride in his work and made sure that all of the work was done in a professional manner.

Kevin called in advance of his arrival (very much appreciated!) both for the estimate and job. Gave me the details and we discussed what I needed done. He came the following day for the work. moved all the furniture and stuff out of the way, and cleaned the house et. al. beyond expectation (the house was REALLY dirty). Never thought my patio would look so GOOD again. Kevin even cleaned the mats I was going to toss, but now they look so good I can use them on the front porch. Once done, he put everything back in place. The windows sparkle, the area under the ramp is de-gunked - the lattice is white instead of green - I am ecstatic! WIll definitely use Kevin again! Since he does handyman jobs as well, I plan to have him back in another month or so for some other tasks I have in mind!

Mr. Reed is great, personable, and very accommodating. He called me the day that I left a message for the service. He even offered to come the next morning. He came on time at 9AM and finished at 11:30AM. He did the work himself. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. The job made my house look brand new (built in 2000) and the sidewalk look as if it had just been poured. I really cannot believe the job that he performed. It was remarkable but sadly I did not take before and after pictures. That was my only regret. In fact, I have asked him back for the driveway. I cannot disclose the pricing amount that he charged me because it was incredibly more than reasonable. I would not want him to go bankrupt. If you want your home pressure washed, please call Mr. Kevin Reed. a) You will not be disappointed, and b) if you do not, you will regret it. Please be aware that Mr. Reed also does general maintenance, electrical, HVAC servicing, and (I am sure) anything for your home care needs.

Yet another outstanding pressure washing job by Kevin! We were so happy with his work last year that we asked him to come back again this year and were not disappointed. Kevin takes his time and does it right and is very thorough. He carefully moved and replaced my heavy potted plants and was especially careful not to damage the plants. Before finishing he asked me to walk around the house and make sure that I was happy with his work. Everything was clean and in perfect order when he left for the day. We couldn't ask for a better more thorough job of pressure washing. Kevin is an honest, friendly, hard working man of integrity and it was once again a pleasure to deal with him.

Very punctual.....When he got to job site he did an outstanding job and extra....He worked 12 hours the first day and finished up the next....We were extremely pleased with his work and he was very professional...We will definately use him again when we need this type of work.....Highly reccomend this gentleman....

Kevin exhibited the foremost professionalism, courtesy and friendliness as well as exceptionally good quality of work. He moved our potted plants and patio table and chairs from the back patio and carefully placed them back after cleaning. Kevin showed up on time, pressured the house until he was satisfied it was clean and then asked me to look it over to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use him again next year.

Kevin cleaned our house, sidewalks and driveway. The north side of the house had quite a bit of mildew and he removed it all. He also cleaned our gutters and removed a lot of discoloration. His price was more than fair and we are very pleased with the result and highly recommend his service.

The driveway and sidewalks I didn't realize needed power washing as much as they did. They look so good now. The power washing really helped brighten and clean the concrete. The house was pretty dirty and I have white siding all over. After Kevin cleaned the house it looks like new and I was really impressed with the quality of work and how reasonably priced and how professional Kevin was. I would highly recommend.
