Exceeded my expectations. Owner, Kevin Reed went over & above what I asked him to do. I was expecting him to power wash my 16x20 patio and my front porch/steps. When I got home, not only was the patio and front porch "like new" but Kevin took it upon himself to power wash 850 sq. ft. of my driveway. Lastly, his follow-up is impeccable! He called /texted my several times to confirm his appointment and also texted me on the morning of his appointment to confirm that he was on his way. Great communication! Anyone who has waited hours for a service person to arrive can appreciate the importance of being on time.

Following the purchase of a promotional deal on Angie's List, Kevin contacted us promptly to arrange scheduling of the service. We got onto his calendar quickly. He arrived on schedule and we determined the scope of work would exceed the parameters of the deal. The additional cost was agreed and the work began immediately. The job was very well done (pressure washing of the driveway and walkways), and Kevin exceeded my expectations by cleaning some areas of the front steps as well. Would not hesitate to use Reed Family Ventures again.

Kevin did a great job. He arrived promptly and took his time and did a very thorough job of cleaning the house and the walkway. He also did a short fence connected to the house and cleaned off my deck box as a bonus. He sprayed down all surrounding bushes with water before the cleaning as not to damage them with chemicals. Overall, I was very impressed with his work, and would recommend him to family, friends and folks on Angie's List.

Brought a coupon from the provider on Angie's list. Kevin was very prompt in contacting me upon the purchase of the coupon to schedule an appointment. He was quick to respond to my messages. I was given an appointment a month away, which was fine with me but may not work for everyone. Something you may want to check before buying the services from the company. Overall I am really happy with the quality of work that was performed on the house and would definitely recommend the company to others, provided off course you can find an appointment that works for you.

Please see above. They did not provide any of the service as contracted, scheduled and paid for.
Description of Work: The provider did nothing. They put off scheduling my service from when I contracted the service on March 12,2016 until April 27, 2016. Then they failed to show up for the appointment that had been scheduled. Finally, my wife reached them via telephone and the owner could not justify why they had failed to keep the appointment and deliver the service. I want an immediate refund of the $149 I paid via my charge card. I'll use another provider for my service.

Customer was advised that there was an error on my part with regards to scheduling. I apologized and offered to do the work in the next few days or the following week. Customer refused offer. Additionally, my business received 50 plus request for Pressure Washing Services once the coupon was offered and customers were scheduled on a first come bases. Having rec'd 20 plus grade A reviews over the last 2-months, the quality of work supersedes a waiting period.

I would highly recommend to any and everyone. He spent over 3 hours doing my house and helping me out and then didn't even want to take a tip.

Man, where do I begin. First I just want to say Kevin did an amazing job on my house it hasn't been this clean since we bought it 3 years ago. We had a large amount of mildew built up on the front of the house because of the position of our house, I had purchased through Angie's list and they were booked solid because of the amazing deal however I communicated to them that our HOA was breathing down my neck to get it done soon, not only was he responsive he got me booked within a week and got it all taken care of. Just amazing service and I couldn't recommend Reeds Family Venture's Pressure Washing enough!!! all of my neighbors will be receiving their info!

Description of Work: Discussed with company owner to perform agreed upon pressure washing service. It was discussed to come to my residence when my daughter was home during the week. Owner instead came to my home on a Saturday with his young son without anyone being present within my home except for my disabled father. Upon my arrival to my home I found the exterior was not cleaned effectively and this includes the gutters and under sheeting, showing residual dirt and residue on the front entry way without evidence of cleaning compared to other areas of the front sidewalk. My biggest concern was when I walked into my front door and found standing water and water damage to my laminate wood floors. Water was also sprayed in at base of my back door and front door in excess causing puddling of water inside door areas and causing wood floor area to buckle. Water sprayed on windows caused thick streaking film marks. Only areas remotely acceptable were walkways and driveway. Provider did know both my daughter and myself were at work Saturday. The water damage to our wood floor is unacceptable. The incomplete work overall job was disappointing as well. I will report this event to the appropriate authorities if this cannot be resolved by the pressure wash service provider and Angie's list. I prefer to resolve this as easy and painless as possible. Please let me know if you need any more information.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. Our house had quite a bit of dirt and mold, but after it was done, it looked like the day we moved in! I would highly recommend this company to anyone simply for the great work they did, but it was also very reasonably priced.

Kevin did a great job on all of the surfaces. The fence looks like new and the concrete areas are very clean. He did not use any harsh chemicals so we didn't have to worry about our dog's exposure to the wet surfaces. Kevin is a very nice person as well as professional, prompt and reasonably priced. His was the lowest estimate that we received and we couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. We will definitely use him again for our house and porch cleaning. His estimate for the vinyl siding and concrete porch is also very competitive and lower than most. Even so, his work is of high quality.
Description of Work: Pressure washed 150'-200' white fence, long driveway, front walkway and sidewalk. Kevin responded to our inquiry and provided an estimate very quickly. And he scheduled the services to be done within a week of our approval of the estimate. He arrived on the schedules day and finished the job in one visit.
