He is really good. His price is reasonable. He is reliable and he bills you right away. He is good at what he does.

GREAT- HE ALWAYS COMES OUT WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF CALL. VERY EFFICIENT AND DOES NOT TRY TO SELL YOU EXTRA PRODUCTS.

Duane always calls back in a timely manner and is able to work me in within a day or two. I have dogs, so I always request he come on a day that I'm not home so that the product can fully dry before my pets go outside. He is always willing to work around my schedule. He sprayed as requested and I'll call him back when I'm ready for another application.

Called Burnside to get an appointment for service and to look at ants that had gotten into our master shower. Was able to get a time within the week. Duane came over and was very helpful in looking over the trouble spots and gave very helpful recommendations. He was very knowledgeable of the insects and gave me an overview of the services he would provide and how they would help. At the end, he gave gave me an update on what he found and the treatment provided and some helpful next steps. This was a great service experience and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

He calls in advance to make sure his scheduling works with you. He asks if you have any specific concerns as well. He's one of the few pest control companies that comes every 2 months as opposed to a monthly deal. It always goes well.

Duane returned my initial phone call immediately and scheduled a convenient time for me to come out to the house. He showed up on time and completed the work in about an hour. He was thoroughly professional and extremely pleasant. I have used him several times in the last 5 years and have never had anything but an excellent experience. I recommended him to my neighbors since they also have noticed some wood roaches.

Dwayne from Burnside Pest Control is wonderful. He's been spraying quarterly for pests at my house for about 3 years. In late August I noticed that I had a nest of yellow jackets in the base of a maple tree in my back yard. I called Dwayne and he scheduled my quarterly extermination for about two days later and said we'd deal with the yellow jackets then. When I got home at lunch to meet him he had already sprayed the yellow jackets. He did my regular extermination and would not accept additional payment for getting rid of the bees. On top of that he was concerned because the roots of the tree where the nest was were hard to reach, so he came back the next day and double checked that the yellow jackets were gone and we were safe in the back yard, left me a note that all was good, but didn't ask for anything in return.

This company is just fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about them. Duane always calls the day before to be sure our dog will not be outside when they get there. Their charges are extremely reasonable, and they have been the only pest control company I've used that is highly reliable. They do a great job !!! I never have bugs in the house. They are so easy to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep critters out of their homes.

July 12, 2006 Superb service! No contract is required, so I can call as needed. Always responds promptly, does thorough work, is very courteous, and answers any questions. Excellent work. UPDATE: Report Date August 23, 2012 They are phenomenal. There is no contract. He'll come out within a couple of days. He is just professional and follows up if he needs to.

CALLED ONE DAY, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT. THEY ACCOMPLISHED IN ONE VISIT WHAT A WELL-KNOWN ''NATIONAL'' COMPANY HAD BEEN UNABLE TO DO WITH AN ANNUAL CONTRACT, AND SAID I NEEDED TO CUT DOWN MY TREES BECAUSE THAT'S HOW THE ANTS WERE GETTING INTO THE HOUSE. IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE ON MY FRONT STEPS TO ME. BURNSIDE SAID THIS TREATMENT SHOULD WORK FOR 6 MONTHS, AND IF THE ANTS CAME BACK BEFORE THEN THEY WOULD COME BACK OUT.
