Burnside Pest showed up on time and they were very thorough and explained all that was sprayed before they departed. Highly recommended and will be using the service regularly for maintenance of pests quarterly and mosquito monthly.

Bill was great. He took his time examining both inside and outside our condo and treated both the interior and the exterior. What I liked about Bill is that he took the time to explain what he was using and how it will affect the pests that we are trying to get rid of. Just as Bill described, about 4 days later we started to find a large number of dead ants on our front porch and near the back patio door. I highly recommend Bill and would definitely use him again. His no-nonsense demeanor with easy to understand explanations won me over!

Wow. Now that's customer service!! Bill went the extra mile- he was extremely thorough and took his time. He even cleaned all of the outside spider webs. The only glitch was through Angie's list. For some reason they were intercepting messages meant to go directly to Bill - but fortunately they realized it before too much time passed I will most definitely use this service again.

I called him back later as I was still having some problems, and he came back out and retreated at no extra charge. I would recommend Burnside Pest Control to my friends and family--he seems very knowledgable, honest, and professional. This was not the first service I have used but I'm happy to now have someone I can call on anytime for future pest problems!

Burnside has come to my house for the last 7-8 years. They do a wonderful job of keeping the pests out. They spray inside and out. They cover the ground and the eaves. I've been super happy with them for all these years. Bob and Duane do a fantastic job around the house. We usually wait until we see bugs for our annual visit, but the bugs are gone as soon as they leave. Bob also will tell you of any other problems you might have as he's inspecting your house as he sprays around it. Kudos to Burnside.

Simply put, Bill is great. He's professional, friendly, and explained everything he was doing (as well as suggestions for some simple home improvemements to further protect against any pest intrusion. Bill used botanical products inside, which are safer for my pets and went above and beyond when treating the exterior. I will absolutely use Bill again.

It went wonderful! Bill is great!! We love that he limits the amount of chemicals he uses but is still extremely effective. He really cares about what he does and the impact to the people living there. I can't recommend him enough!

I've used Bill for the past year for my pest control service. He's friendly and super knowledgeable in the area of pest control and provides a range of botanical and organic solutions. That's the main reason I chose to work with Bill is that he does have a more natural option to pest control. For the initial treatment he did a thorough examination of my home and looked for means of entry (cracks, holes, etc) and made sure those were filled then he treated inside and outside of the house. He answered all my questions and explained how the different treatment options work. Since that initial treatment he comes and does a quarterly spray. He backs his work so if you do have a problem in between treatments he will come back and take care of it for you! So far I've been pleased.

Mr. Burnside's service is the only one I'll use for pest problems. I don't need to sign up for a contract, and so can call when I've got a problem or want a service. He knows his business; whenever I describe a problem, he knows how to fix it and what might be causing it. Spiders have been a problem all season; one visit from Mr. Burnside, and I haven't seen a single spider since. He's prompt, efficient; I've recommended him to friends, and they're thrilled with how he's managed ant problems, etc. Fabulous service!

I have been using Duane of Burnside Pest Control for over 10 years. He is great. He charges a quarterly service fee and when little problems pop up (in this instance, little ants), he comes over and takes care of them. His pricing is fair, he is prompt and professional, and he takes care of all the bugs!

Duane is always very helpful and explains habits of pests so that you can understand what these pests are doing and what to look for in the future. Called Duane, it wasn't an emergency visit, and he was able to fit me in within two days. Never pushy for a contract, willing to come as needed and take care of what I request.

He was very professional and answered all our questions. He used natural, botanical pesticides that even smelled good.

I really like him. I told him my concerns about the safety concerns about how much of his products he used because of my families health problems. We will call him again when we get ants.

He is passionate about his work, and studies\researches the industry to make sure he uses the best organic\botanical productsl available. He spends time on the property because he cares about his clients. If he doesn't konw the answer, he will find it for you. He guarantees his work and is thorough. I never see bugs, and best of all, I know my home is safe and free from harmful pesticides and pests!

Have been doing business with Duane since he started his company approximately 18 years ago. One of the FEW businesses we have stuck with over the years because his product/service is so good and he stands behind his work. He is reasonably priced, have only great things to say about BURNSIDE PEST CONTROL.

Everything went well. The ants (perimeter treatment around the house) were gone quickly. And it's a real joy seeing the yellow jackets gone. The yellow jackets made a reappearance out of a new hole in the ground, a foot away from the first nest, and they made a followup treatment soon after my call to Duane, at no charge - you can't beat that kind of service! These guys are super!

Everthing was excellent. The gentleman was courteous, professional, and he used good equipment. He was honest as well and didn't try to sell unnecessary services.

I have a regular schedule but do not have a contract with them. They came out last week and did some in between work. They were responsive, effective and moderately priced. They were friendly.

They did a real good job. Two guys came and they went all through the house inside and outside. It was a great price and we had a coupon from Angie's List. They did a good job, a real nice job. They were extremely professional, punctual and did everything by the book. I would have expected him to charge more, but he gave us the discount with no problem.
