Description of Work: Work was never performed. They scheduled an appointment with me and then failed to show up at that appointment. They failed to contact me to let me know they weren't showing up, and when I left a message on their voicemail they failed to call me back. For this reason I requested a refund through angies list. I'd have to rate the overall experience an F. I don't like leaving work early for appointments that people don't show up to.

Description of Work: We purchased a "deal" to have an assessment for insulation done at our house. Rescheduled more than once but when he showed up, he was professional and pleasant and we were hopeful. We have never received the promised written estimate despite phone calls and pledges to get it to us. I believe this vendor may have been unprepared for the response to this deal but it was ultimately a waste of my money.
