I have also had them replace my water heater after the old one began leaking. Their response has always been punctual (less than 1 hour on a Sunday) and the techs knowledgeable and courteous. They are my "go to" when I need plumbing service

Everyone representing Eastern Plumbing was friendly and professional. The office called ahead of the appointment time to let me know that the team would be late since they had to handle an emergency situation. The team arrived promptly at the new scheduled time (same day) and provided an estimate before they began work. At first, I was a little surprised by the cost but once I understood all of the work involved it was worth it. The service team lead by Brian was professional and courteous. They quickly went about their task, answered all of the questions that I had, explained what they had done when they were finished, and left no mess behind when they left. If the need arises I will definitely use Eastern again and will certainly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

They were actually early, took a look at the toilet, gave me an estimate, then ended up throwing in a part for free. The estimate was exactly what I paid and he was done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely call them again!!

Although the standard charge was approximately $75.00, he offered to do it for $59.95, and I get a plumbing check-up in the spring to go along with it! I am thrilled. The plumber came at the appointed time, did great work, and charged me a reasonable fee. The only down side was waiting a few days until I could get the appointment.

They do a good job and I will continue to use them.

My garbage disposal was broken and on a Saturday morning I found that dirty water had backed up into my dishwasher. Urgh!! The smell was horrible. I called them Monday morning, set up an appointment for that day at 3pm, and the plumber showed up 5 minutes early. He diagnosed the problem, tried to fix the garbage disposal, and only then did he indicate I should consider replacing the disposal. He did not try to push me into making a fast decision and quoted me one price for both the labor and the disposal. I liked that versus trying to charge me by the hour. He was quick in replacing it and even tightened some pipes that were leaking under my cabinets in the bathroom for no charge. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again. Fast service and decent pricing!!

It was a quick job and they were only here for a few hours. I chose them because they were the only ones that could come out so quickly. It was kind of surprising that they got done so quickly.

They were excellent, and they lived up to their reputation. He was so nice and so good. He explained everything. His price was very reasonable. Everything was just perfect. I recommend him to everybody.

2 weeks before we had guests coming from out of town, our guest bathroom toilet began leaking in a big way. We had been having problems with the unit for a couple of years and decided it was time to replace instead of repair. Because the leak had discolored the flooring beneath the commode (mold under the flooring) we needed to replace the floor too. I called Eastern Plumbing first because I had never been through this process before and needed advice. They were extremely helpful, walking me through the installation and timing. We had to work within a very limited time frame because of our business travel commitment schedules. So once I was able to get the flooring installed, I called Eastern to finish the toilet installs. (We had decided to replace the master bdrm unit at the same time.)Eastern worked with us to pick up the new toilets and installing them within our limited time frame. We could not be happier with the work done. (The install even included replacing the water turn-off valves so we could turn off the water in the bathroom, if needed, instead of having to go to the utility room master board.) All employees we came in contact with were very personable, yet extremely professional, too. Work was clean and everything we wanted. We would definitely recommend their services to others, and will call them again as our needs arise.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. The estimate was fair (less than some others I had gotten). They gave me an estimated start date and ended up starting two weeks earlier because they were ahead of schedule! This was a pleasant surprise. The two men who did the work (Alex and his assistant) were punctual and hardworking. They cleaned up each day before leaving. The tile work is fantastic and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I picked a tile that was actually under my allowance, so I had a pleasant surprise when the final bill was less than the original estimate.

After hours emergency call to extract plastic accidental flushed into toilet that back up the system. Of six plumbers called only two answered, the prices were within $20 for the after hours service call. The plumber - John arrived an hour after he said he would. But he was fast and efficient and solved the problems. The porcelain in the toilet was very very scratch with his metal augur, I would like to have been forewarned of such. The work is guaranteed. We have had no problems since (approx 4 weeks).
