Description of Work: Emergency sewage backup around 530 pm. When I called revived excellent receptionist service and was informed of reponse time (approx 30min) it was after regular working hours and it would cost more. Service man arrived before the 30min period and after having to snake the entire drain line to the house everything was back to normal. Had no problem with paying the extra money with response time like that.

Description of Work: I choose Eastern Plumbing because they ALWAYS offer prompt and effective service each time we have had to call. Because of medications my husband is taking, we have had a number of toilette clogging incidents. The last being 3/14/12. In each case Eastern Plumbing has responded quickly and professionally to our problem. I would rate them EXCELLENT on all points.

Description of Work: Mark was prompt and knowledgeable. He cleaned out the screen in the hot water hose of the washing machine so I now have pressure which was non existent prior. He also fixed a leak under the bathroom sink. He was actually called to address the main issue of lack of pressure in both showers. Mark told me what he thought the problem is, gave me an approximate estimate to fix it, and gave me the names of several companies from which I can purchase the hardware needed for these repairs. It will be a little more pricey than I had anticipated but he said that the work is guaranteed. I more than likely will call him back to fix the problem though I may call another company for a second opinion just to verify the expense.
