Went great

Called and requested they come to service A/C. Was able to schedule someone to come within a day ot two. He was on time to serivce A/C. I expressed my concern about the A/C not maintaining the set temp and that was why I wanted it serviced . He said he would service both units and check them. He cleaned them and told me one had a leak in the coil. He filled it up with the coolant but said he had no idea how long that would help, A/c started working better and maintained the temp, asked him to have company call me with quote to fix coil. Service unitl that point was good, I thought, until a few days later my neighbor comes to tell me my hose flooded her yard. GUC had come out to see why there was all this water in her yard and found it was from my hose. The last person to use the hose was the serviceman from Delcor. It seems he forgot to turn of the water. I had gone outside to check on him once and he was on the phone while washing the A/C with the hose. I called Delcor after talking with my neighbor and told them what happened, a manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I just got my water bill it is $40 over what it was last month. His in attention to detail and phone calls while on the job cost me $411 for the job. When I called I told the secretary what happened and when she asked what I wanted I said if the water bill was higher than average I thought they should cover that and they should talk to their serviceman about paying attention to details. They did call and leave a message did I want them to come and replace the coi? I think not! I will not shell out close to $2000 to a company that sends me a sevrice man like that and whose managers can't follow up on the complaints. I had a plumbing job I needed done and they lost that too.

They started out very professional but then turned us over to Bruce for the appointment. He lost my number once but I followed up withthem as we had a deadline of my daughter's graduation in a week. He came out the next day and tried to sell me a whole new system. I was not interested as the house was only 12 years old and the ac hardley used by the previous owner. He sent out a tech the next day to look and said they had to order a whole new part. We waited and heard nothing. We called and Bruce said he was having trouble locating part number. Hard to believe since they installed all of the trane units in the entire subdivision. He said he was going to be gone over the weekend and would call back. He never did and my wife follwed up with no response. Since we missed our deadline we never followed up with them. The impression we were left with was that unless you want to spend the money for a whole new system they are not interested in earning your business. We have since put in a whole new Mitsubishi split system so in the end Delacore missed out by their poor service. I would not waste my time with Bruce or Delacore, waiting on them caused us to miss our deadline and then some.

The Technician arrived on time and performed the work that was needed. The technician answered all of my questions about the two A/C units as well as the cause and fix of the tankless water heater leak. I decided to go with Delcor because they service A/C units as well as water heaters rather than trying to find two different service providers. This was very good experience working with Delcor and i will use them again should any issues arise in the future.

Overall, everything turned out well. I thought they provided a good service. The technician arrived promptly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was really pleased with our interaction.

It was fantastic! They took into consideration what it would for us to have the service done; we called them after hours. The technician was out to our home quickly, and he was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Delcor’s services to others.

I had a great interaction with Delcor. I thought they were knowledgeable and responsive, and they listened to our needs. I would have no problem using their service again.

They responded to my call quickly, which I really appreciated. They did their work well, and the price they charged was very reasonable. The tenants who interacted with their technician really appreciated his professionalism and politeness.

A/C was fixed quickly. He was supposed to replace another part while I was away, but never called back to confrm if it was done
