Our business repaved our parking lot on a Tuesday. By Thursday at noon, the outgoing sanitary sewer line serving our entire business with 60 employees was completely blocked. We called Delcor for help. They came the next morning and diagnosed the problem as a collapsed clean-out hidden beneath a gravel area near the parking lot. On Monday, they had the underground utilities marked. On Wednesday, days sooner than any other company could come, they came with cameras, radio locaters, and heavy equipment to excavate the break 6 feet below ground. They had it repaired by 2PM. One more day with portable toilets and we'd have had to shut down. Delcor to the rescue!

I called on a Saturday morning at 7:45 am. I must have woke the man up. He answered “hello”. I had to ask if this was Delcor, to which he replied “yes”. I explained my situation to him. He very aggravated begin to explain what he thought the the problem was. He rid me continuing in a harm tone the prices . I said ‘so over 400.00 ‘ to which he replied “ no it’s 600.00.” He did offer to to come. I was not pleased with the don’t bother me attitude and his harsh tone. I would not recommend this company. I’m very disappointed in the way it was handled so unprofessionally.

We had a leak we thought was under the house but it was found to be coming from the hot water heater in the utility room. Brandon found the leak and fixed it promptly. He was very polite, professional and answered all our questions. We would totally recommend delcor inc.

The company was quickly responsive to all our needs. The workers arrived promptly and worked quickly and competently to complete the job. They were pleasant and we would hire them again without hesitation.

Overall well. It took longer to get the parts than original promised, but once they arrived the installation was scheduled and went well.

Technician called before arrival, and arrived as anticipated, a bit earlier than scheduled. Technician provided an estimate over the phone after analyzing issue. Pricing was fair with no surprises.

Received quote, advised we wanted to go ahead just had some questions. Was told we would be contacted and have never heard from them.

Never received a call,even to just tell me their not interested,I guess if they think there not making huge profit just don't bother.

Called prior to arrival to confirm we were home. Arrived within the estimated time window. Did a great job plumbing the sink and faucet as well as installing the disposal. One part to permanently close one drain pipe was not in the truck, so installer came back the next day at a time after normal hours that was convenient for us to put on the cap.

Delcor was reasonably priced and finished the work in a timely manner...which was important since we had to close on our house in 3 days.

Service man (Ashaun) arrived. Completed and was very polite-professional and finished installation-very satisfied.

The workers really tried to get the drain lines to work. Changing the plumbing lines that we 52 years old to the new standards made the difference.

Arrived promptly, was efficient with trouble shooting and repair.

Same day service, fixed that day with cold weather approaching prompt service much appreciated.

All work done well, particularly remember HVAC repair at 8 pm while and during heavy rain storm/new water heater thanks giving day while having over-night guests.

This was 2nd estimate for the repaired was much lower in price. Manager explained in detail what to expect service person (Loren) was prompt & professional.
