Description of Work: Advance Mechanical's technician promptly came out to investigate the lack of heat in my home. The diagnosis was a blown fan motor which I chose not to repair since I was investigating replacing the entire heat pump system. Advance Mechanical has been prompt and professional on the two occasions I have contacted them. I would recommend them.
