I paid for a yearly plan but they sent me a bill on January. To my knowledge my plan will end on April but they said that my plan restart on January. Their pricing is outrageous and I did not notice any improvement to my lawn. I cancelled my account with them but they kept on calling me.

They seemed friendly and polite. They worked around my schedule. The quality of work that they do is excellent.

We are going to have him finish the wall and put in five new trees. He was really quick and did most of it by hand. His price was really good also. He did some extra work for us with no charge. He is a really honest man.

Initially the service was expensive but worth it. The lawn looked green and free of weeds. Over time however the service has deteriorated. Scott's seemed more interested in selling us additional services rather than taking care of the lawn. Things started really going south this year. First the lawn started getting overrun with weeds. I had to call complain twice before they came back for an additional treatment. Then they came and aerated the lawn without notice and without being asked. Their reason? I had gotten the lawn aerated the year before and once you request a service they consider it a permanent addition. This in spite of the fact that at the beginning of the year I had specifically asked to remove that from my services. I immediately cancelled the service and asked for the Manager to contact me. However, all I got was a call for my bill being overdue. I complained that I was still waiting for their call. After another two weeks, they called me again about the account being overdue. At that time I discovered that they had removed the aeration service from my bill. However, no one bothered to call me about it. Overall I would not recommend this service. Their customer service is poor and the results are no better than what you can accomplish yourself.

They did a good job as they had everything done very fast and they answered all of the questions that I had. The workers were very well mannered and they always dressed and acted very professional.

We are happy with how our lawn looks and will continue to use Scott's Lawn Care service. They are always on time, professional and do a neat and clean job. They seem to be very knowledgeable about the products they use and put on our lawn.

My grass looks healthy and green. It is free of weeds. It looks well even in the hottest weather. The service is very affordable compared to my old company I was using. They also spray the entire lawn not just here and there.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE YARD LOOKS GREAT BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK. THEY ARE VERY TRUST WORTHY AND ALSO VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND WHEN THEY MAKE PROMISED, THEY KEEP IT. THEY HAVE A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE.

I THINK THE YARD LOOKS GREAT AND THEY SEEM TO DO A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME THEY COME. I LIKE HOW THEY CALL TO REMIND US THAT THEY ARE COMING THAT WAY WE CAN CLEAN UP THE YARD BEFORE THEY GET THERE.

TruGreen Chemlawn did a decent job. They weren't anything special and they charged the normal rate. I would hire them just because I know they get the job done and do it efficiently.

Overall, the yard looks great. I like what TruGreen does and how they do it. I would recommend them to family and friends.

These people are real easy to work with. They call and ask if I need anything before coming out. They are professional and quick. Each application takes about thirty minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yes, I would recommend them to friends and family. I think they are highly qualified to do the job. There are several lawn companies in the area, but this one belongs at the top of the list.

It is not worth it for the price you spend on the treatment. The chemicals they use killed my lawn, when it was supposed to treat it. It got rid of the weeds, but is hurting my lawn. I would never hire them for a job again.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY WE CHOSE TO USE TRUGREEN CHEMLAWN BUT WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THE LAWN LOOKS GOOD AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHILE THEY ARE OUT AT THE HOUSE.

They didn't come out right when I thought they would. I felt that what they did I could of done just as well myself. The estimate given was close to the actual cost.

They always call before they come, and I can cancel my contract at any time. They do a great job, but I don't think they need to do 7 treatments every year.
