Description of Work: Difficult water situation here, I wanted it solved asap.. But they wanted other things checked out with the well very honest people. Greg is great and the installers are awesome, I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We've had long term issues with our water. Gregg Albert evaluated our system and gave 2 recommendations-- 1) have our well inspected for deterioration and/or 2) increase the pump (power) on our sand tank He was very professional and friendly. I will use him in the future.

Description of Work: After recently moving to the area and seeing how hard our water was, we asked around for water softener companies. Tri-State came highly recommended. When I called, someone called me back the same day and I was able to have the softener installed within a week. The workers were polite, professional and very helpful.

+ -1 moreOur water now tastes better and smells better. We have had no problems with the system and it was almost 3 times cheaper than the Rainsoft. I would highly recommend Tri State. They are prompt and professional and very friendly.
Description of Work: We have well water with a very high iron content. We previously had a Rainsoft conditioner. We had to have them come out and service it all the time because it never worked right. Finally, we contacted Tri State Water Systems and they replaced the Rainsoft with their system.

+ -1 moreWe live in the country and have well water. I grew up on this property and we had always had problems with drinking water in our older home - water was cloudy and sometimes brownish. When we built a new house, I wanted to be sure the water was good. Tri-State installed incoming filters and water softener, and a kitchen sink reverse osmosis filter. Our water is wonderful. We have Tri-State return to change out filters once a year for about $170. I don't remember the original cost in 2001, but it was the best estimate we got at the time.
Description of Work: We'll built a new home in 2001. Tri-State was recommended to me (unofficially) by a representative at my local health dept when I asked where to start to have my water filtered and treated.

+ -1 moreWe have used Tri-State for several years. They are very personable and reliable. We also have a water neutralizer that needs the PH levels to be regulated. Tri State has a special marble resin for the neutralizer that other companies do not carry.
Description of Work: Tri-State services all our water needs. They change the filters on our R/O system once a year.
