They did a very good job and show up when they are supposed to. They are friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Very good. Our water pressure problem was solved. He knew what the problem was as soon as he took a look of at our old water system. My wife is happy now.

It went great. They came on time, did a great job, were neat and tidy in their completion of the work. Most importantly, our water is great now. After instructions on how to flush the system, our water is now crystal clear. We couldn't be happier. The bid was $1000's less than a national competitor.

Very good -- called on Tuesday & installed on Thursday. These guys seem to be experts in what they do and were familiar with the particular water issues from the wells in our development. Custom engineered solution to address that including addition of carbon to the cylinder. Price exactly as quoted and less expensive than everybody else. Fast service and and seemingly very knowledgeable.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. They were quick to respond to my needs and had everything installed within a week of the initial water test (which was free). They installed a water softener, a PH neutralizer, an iron breaker, and a sediment filter as well as replaced some of the old existing plumbing that was poorly installed. Once installed they explained what every piece of equipment was in detail and how to operate them. They showed me how to maintain the water softener and told me how often to check/refill it and gave me suggested service intervals as well as prices for the maintenance that I would not be able to do on my own. They were not the first ones to quote me for the job but were by far the best price and I'm very happy with the service provided.

Tri State contacted me quickly and met me at the house. One of the tanks was using an out-of-date system, and they suggested upgrading it to a newer system. They noticed that the water from the system was being drained into the septic tank, and suggested that we put in a drain line just for the system, so as not to overload the septic system. I went with all their suggestions. They were prompt and courteous, and everything went well. Water is now clean.

They arrived expecting to add soft water filtration, but discovered that my whole house acid filtration system was not performing at all, and was in fact reducing my water pressure drastically. He was able put together and install the necessary parts to repair the system. He was very professional and both explained and demonstrated the problem. He then explained the steps needed for the repair. I will continue to use this company for future maintenance and repair of my water systems.

Very pleasant but didn't know how to service the unit (Rainsoft) that we have. My husband was able to go to the internet after they had come and figured it out himself. It seems to me like they should have been able to do the same themselves. They were very pleasant and prompt, but I don't think they should advertise that they can service any system, if they truly cannot.

Service man was on time and very professional. He did excellent work. We noticed a very small leak after the first day and they came back at no charge and repaired it. I would definitely use these folks again. System works great.

Went every well and the Mr. Albert gave us valuable information on keeping our well in proper order.

It was a good experience. I learned a lot! They also found a broken timer and suggested I purchase online to save money and that it was something I could do myself. . . although they would be happy to assist. Good guys! Good work! I'll use them again!

Exceptional. Came out within a few days of our call. Called when he was running a little late. Was very flexible with hours and coming by in the evening. Did a full water evaluation showing results and test strip codes. Sized the system appropriately to our home, did not upsell unnecessary items such as reverse osmosis. Was installed within the week. Would absolutely recommend.

They weren't able to give me much help. They left a bag of the correct salt for me. They are not equiped to handle the product that I have. The product I have is not part of their servicing expertise. He did see that the salt I had was not the correct salt. It was very good information and advice.

The installation was seamless and the appointment timely I like Greg's straight up approach and no pressure sales pitch. I recommend them.

Showed up on time in the pouring rain. Thought for sure they would reschedule but seems like they didn't even consider it. Worked for several hours going back and forth to their truck in really ugly muddy conditions (they stayed outside and in the crawlspace). The best part is he beat another quote by over a $1000 and the system gave 28gpm flow instead of 20gpm flow which I had been quoted by another dealer. It was explained to me (I hope I understood correctly) that he purchases stock pieces like tanks and makes systems. Most of the pieces are universal. He is not "tied" to a particularly brand to install. Everything is working great.

I tell you I have had two other companies since I have lived in my home and this was by far the best ,most efficient and professional one yet. Gregg came out the day after my call and analyzed my water and explained what system I had at the present time and the company who put it In was out of business three years later as well.. This was on a Thursday and I had two gentleman here on the following Monday and what a great job they did installing the system. The workmen were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They even dug a trench over 100ft long to drain my backwash into my pond instead of into my crawl space and thru the foundation. By the way the price was a great deal better than what I have paid before. My water tastes great. Thank you Tri State Water systems. I will tell everyone who needs a system to call you

It went very well. The maintenance they did seem to be effective. I would use them again. The gentleman that came out was very professional, he was the owner of the business, and I wasn’t here when they came out but my wife though they did a good job. They seemed very reliable. I didn’t get any competitive price on it so it is really hard for me to evaluate their price but it seemed very reasonable.
