Slow at the start but there was a lot of burned items to remove. They had a problem removing an enclosed utility trailer that was destroyed in the fire in the garage but once I showed them how to use a fence post to lift the frame up to clear the end of the trailer, it was on. They finished tearing down the structure and hauled all of it away. Had to return a second day to complete the removal of everything (there was a lot of stored seasonal items that burned as well as mowers, bikes, and other equipment). They were very professional and did an outstanding job. My wife fed them lunch both days which they were surprised but they deserved it. Once complete, I found nothing left, they cleared out everything. Excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were GREAT. Showed up right on time and were so friendly and professional. This was a dusty, dirty job (I'm sure there were spiders in that shed!) but they remained cheerful and never uttered a word of complaint. Also did not charge me a cent more than what your "Big Deal" had quoted. I was so impressed and would definitely call them again!

Punctual, Professional, fair price

They scheduled us for a prompt pick-up. It took them two trips to pick up all the branches and I was pleased with the price. The workers were courteous, friendly and did a great job. After picking up all the larger branches they even used a rake to pick-up the loose leaves and smaller branches. I highly recommend these hard-working young people. Great team.

I would call this company again in a heartbeat. I just moved into my townhouse and the attic was full of junk (old window screens and glass, extra lumber, paper scraps, cardboard boxes, even a bathroom vanity from the 1970s!). I showed them the attic and then went to attend to something in the kitchen. About an hour later they asked me to come check their work. I couldn't believe it - not only had they gotten all the crap out of the attic, they had also swept it clean! I was very, very happy.

I called for an estimate and they were able to do the job on the same day. They did a great job and completed the work in about an hour and a half. They even swept up before leaving. They were polite and professional.

Parker and Jeff came and gave an estimate, which was great, and then immediately got to work. This was a difficult, dirty job, These old items were difficult to access because they were under the attic eaves, had to be pulled out and carried down stairs to put on the truck. They were very courteous, professional, worked quickly and got a very difficult job done in a short time.I was very pleased with their work. Although the total cost was $235, because I had the Angies List deal, I only had to pay $185. This was very reasonable for the work done. I would definitely use them again.

They were extremely prompt. They got right back to me. I believe it might have been the same day that I got the deal. They came out the first available date that I gave them. They were also very professional. The price was exactly what they said and I was very, very happy.

I called Triad Junk Removal on Thursday evening, by Friday I had an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and by that afternoon I had a clean building. All was scheduled for my convenience. They were prompt, friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Triad Junk removal! As a matter of fact I already have.

I called them at on this date at 2 pm to see if they could haul some junk away on the same day, as advertised. They said they could and THEY DID!!! They did an awesome job! They were quick, effecient, and very courteous. I would definitely use them again.
