They were just great, professional, polite and worked well together and got done quicker than I thought possible. They were so proficient, I forgot to have them take a big t.v. My bad, remember to make a list and check it. I would use them again for sure and definitely recommend anyone to use them.

Perfect. Very nice guys. Did exactly what I needed without any delay. Just excellent from beginning to end. Only one hitch was they forgot the mattress to the box spring and I will forgive them - out of sight out of mind.

Triad Junk Removal is one of the most professional and competent companies I have ever dealt with. They had to accomplish an extremely difficult and laborious task, in hot weather over a variety of terrain. They were on time, on schedule, and very professional. When they arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, I noticed that their junk removal trucks were cleaner than most moving vans I have hired over the years. Triad Junk Removal's personnel are very professional, friendly, and courteous. This is a "no excuses" company that gets the job done right. Not only did Triad Junk Removal haul off junk, they separated items into their trucks that could be re-used or recycled. They are environmentally conscious, and work hard to minimize the number of items going to the landfill.

Background: We moved into our dream house 8 weeks ago but inherited the previous owner's construction debris, a large rotted wood pile (spiders eek!!) very close to the house, fallen tree limbs, an old,outdoor, decaying rabbit cage (more like a rabbit condo - it was a 2 story, 6 foot tall cage with a tin roof). I did not feel safe with our toddler and 3 dogs around the broken limbs, trying to climb the rabbit cage, exposed nails, and critters big and small living in the wood pile. I realized quickly that the job was too big for just my husband and I to tackle so I started researching Angie's List for help. First Contact: I emailed Triad Junk Removal via their contact us link on their webpage. I was called the same night and the person I talked to was very nice. He scheduled our pickup for a few days later and answered all the questions I had when it came down to logistics. Arrival & Job Performance: The crew called 30 mins prior, as previous requested, to let me know they were going to arrive right on time. (I wanted to make sure our dogs were up before they stopped by.) They were on time and extremely professional. We did a walk around the yard and garage. I pointed out things to go and things to stay, with some things overlapping in the same locations/piles. I was worried some of the "keep" items may be picked up by mistake but they did great! They gave an estimate based on the visual and it aligned with the estimate given on the phone previously which was based on a verbal description. The job only took about 2 hours and the two guys working, without being prompted, were very careful with landscaping and shrubs they were working around as some piles of debris were intertwined with the large plants around the house. When they finished they had me do a second walk around with them to make sure everything was to my liking and it was. They also cleaned up any scattered debris that fell on the walking path and driveway while they were working. Conclusion: I was extremely impressed with Triad Junk Removal and their level of professionalism, communication, timeliness of scheduling and follow through. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was picked up and that we were satisfied with the job. I am excited that our toddler and pups can run around the back yard now and not worry that they are going to get hurt. Working with them made cleaning up the back yard a very easy endeavor.

Excellent!!!!! Parker and Logan were responsive with scheduling, flexible and arrived when they said they would. They immediately got to work and were considerate of my pets----they did an incredible job of taking away the old furniture and did it quickly-- both young men were very personable and professional--- I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing furniture or junk hauled away---- I was very impressed with this service ----

These guys were excellent every step of the way. I received a quick response via message center here on Angie's List and then a phone call the same day to set up the appointment. They called ahead of the appointment to ask if it was okay to come 30 minutes early since they were running ahead of schedule; this worked out great for me. I had a lot of empty cardboard boxes that had accumulated over the years and almost filled up a spare room in my house. They cleared them out within minutes along with bags of household garbage and some old PC hardware. These guys were very professional, prompt, friendly, courteous, and they made this task very easy for me. I highly recommend!

On the whole, I was pleased. While they arrived later than scheduled, they did call to let me know of the delay. Both guys were friendly and efficient. Items were loaded in truck and once completed they ensured they swept up the area where the items had been. The only negative thing I have to say of the whole experience is that one of the guys smelled like a brewery at 9:30am! Perhaps this could have been something else, but sure smelled like alcohol to me. At any rate, I would recommend them and will probably use them again in the future.

The guys were quick and professional. From the time I contacted them to when I had my space cleaned out was less that 36 hours!

For the first service, the guys arrived and removed two extremely awkward and heavy metal desks and for the second the junk included a ton of old paint cans and other materials. While I paid a little extra for the service of removing hazardous household items, this saved me a trip to the local county run hazardous waste location which has limited hours of operation. The extra fee covered the charge the municple services charge them as a business. It was an advantage to have all of this removed form our garage with one service. They crew was on-time, upbeat, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend!

I sent a message through Angie's List to the provider on a Saturday with pictures of the shed requesting an estimate on the demolition and removal. I received a message back from the provider on the following Tuesday with the estimate. The estimate was based on the size of the building from the pictures provided. We set up a time for them to arrive at the location between 8am and 10am on the following Saturday due to my schedule. They were very open to my schedule and working around it. They called me at 8am letting me know they were leaving their location and coming to mine and they expected a 30-40 minute commute to my location. They arrived on time as they said they would. They were very courteous and quick in demolishing the building and loading up their truck with the remains to haul it all off. The whole job took just over an hour. The shed was bigger than expected from the pictures and took up more room than originally thought in the truck which pushed the price slightly higher than the estimate. They worked with me on coming to an agreed upon price based on this revelation at the time of demolition, which was very amicable as I understand the pricing model on these jobs and that judging the size from a picture can't be pinpoint accurate. I would definitely use them again in the future for any removal/demolition needs.

It turned out very well. It was the second time that I had used their service. They were extremely helpful with getting the materials out of an outdoor shed building and they were very willing to do anything they needed to do to help me get the material out. Then they hauled it up to their truck. They always had a positive attitude. They just made a difficult procedure almost enjoyable. The service was performed probably within a month of me buying the deal. The price was very reasonable, it was a very fair deal.

They did a good job. They came out and took care of me.

Two guys showed up on time and loaded stuff to the max of the deal, estimated how much extra it would cost to keep loading, and I purchased the additional carry off that I needed. They even swept up the space after carrying off the junk, and worked cooperatively with me about sorting and prioritizing. I would call them again if I needed this service again, and would certainly recommend them to a friend. I'm a little fuzzy on how much, exactly the total cost was, between the "deal" and the extra I purchased, so the cost is an estimate.

I miscalculated 15 cubit feet. They had extra space on the truck. Handled everything that would fit. I was so glad to get everything cleared out.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME ON A FRIDAY MORNING BETWEEN 8 AND 12, BUT DID NOT SHOW. WHEN I CALLED, THEY FOUND THAT OUR APPOINTMENT HAD NOT BEEN PUT IN THE COMPUTER. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED SAID HE WOULD TRY TO PUT A CREW TOGETHER AND DO THE PICKUP. MY HUSBAND DID NOT WANT TO HAVE THIS DONE IN A HURRIED MANER AND ASKED IF THEY COULD COME THE FOLLOWING MONDAY INSTEAD. THEY SCHEDULED US FOR THAT DAY AND ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB.

Nick called twice to let me know that his team was on their way but had been delayed because the job right before me was larger than they'd anticipated. His guys were very professional, made sure their shoes were clean before coming in the house, then carried everything out and loaded up the truck. Very professional and such a great price!

We cleaned out our basement of 23 years of stuff. They were on time and great to work with. They really make sure we got our moneys worth. Great to work with. Would absolutely use again!

They were over an hour late but performed service well.
