He came out for free and assessed it all. He just charged me 75 dollars an hour to draw it up and I just wanted to know what to do now that I have the tree trimmed so he was the one who drew out the path and how to extend the patio and where to keep the plants that I have; how to re-arrange and add new. I liked it because he gave me two sets of plants, a turn-out of all the plants that he recommended and I can do it myself and use the materials that I like and his recommendations. I can put it as I will. He was really a nice guy and easy to go with.

Excellent. The most professional, knowledgable team ever. We have used other companies and individuals in the past and no one gets close to New Garden's teams. The Sales Rep/ Account Managers are top notch and the crew is the best. No words are enough to explain or describe how wonderful they are. New Garden stands behind their products and services. We would never even think about using any other company. Great investment and peace of mind.

Representative responded to our call, came out and took plenty of time with us to inspect the old plantings. For some of them, she said that the brown leaves were just winter damage that would recover, and that they could be left. Others were diseased and needed removal and replacing. We received a proposal later that day, and we agreed to have the work done. The work was scheduled, the work crew showed up on schedule, and completed the work in one day.

It went ok. A little pricey. I have a big yard and I asked them to give me an estimate for the front and the back. I decided to do just the front, but there were some miscommunication and they did both.

Everything was professionally handled from the initial consultation and drawing of the plan, to the preparation of the soil and beds, to the building of the patio. Special care was taken with the patio to prepare the ground and set the blocks, especially making sure everything was level. At first it seemed that the cost for the patio was high, but after seeing all the work and care that was put in, I think it was good value for the money. Prompt and courteous responses from the project manager, Steve. I would highly recommend New Garden. You get what you pay for.

My front yard was a horrible mess. I had just moved in and I called them for help.EMERGENCY YARD! Yes, my yard was diagnosed as very sick. Tripp helped me plan for recovery, and suggested the "Get Well" program. I simply loved it, and was ready to enjoy my home and be proud. The young men that did the work were courteous and professional. I had many questions, and never hesitated to answer any question I had. Tripp told me about Madelyn, who later came and help me choose beautiful flowers for my front yard, then at a later date, my flowers were planted and they are still simply beautiful. Tripp, Josh, Madelyn and all the other names I can't remember, are wonderful in helping you plan and implement a beautiful scenery. They work hard and all aways professional. It was a great first time landscaping experience. They will work with you in all areas. During the process, I have learned so much from them all. I find my self on the internet investigation landscaping and grass, and seed information. This past week, a very courteous young man, whose name has escaped my memory, came to do new grass seeding, and he, too, was so informative about watering schedules, and general upkeep. I LOVE NEW GARDEN! They are both landscapers, and teachers. I highly recommend them to everyone. I can't imagine using anyone else. Even if I have to save for a year.:)

This was a major project and the designer was great and brought in materials that exceeded our expectations using plants properly suited for our part of the country. The plant materials were all excellent hardy plants. The crews were very professional, punctual and cleaned up every day. There was strong coordination and support between the various teams for different parts of the jobs and they coordinated extremely well. The end result is beyond our hopes and the talk of the neighborhood. The work was so impressive that we decided to use them to maintain the property and the cost of the maintenance is very competitive.

Marc Campbell, with Brantley and his crew, have immensely improved our home's appearance, so it could be on the market for sale. We are very pleased with their work ethic and attention to detail, providing the TLC our yard of about three acres needs. They are always available and go the extra mile for unplanned occurrences to our yard. We highly recommend New Garden Landscaping and Nursery.

Beautiful plan and the work was performed on time. The people were all very professional.

They came to my home and drew out on a piece of paper what it will look like when it is all finished. It is wonderful. They came out Friday and were here 8a sharp. I had four men here and two big trucks. They pulled up things that should be there and trimmed down the shrubs and trees. They even pulled out a plant that was planted in the wrong place. I will have them out in October to plant flowers. It was educational and I was able to customize the look. The guy who did the visionary was Tripp and I am looking forward to Meredeth's work in October. I am very pleased and I highly recommend him.

I thought they were pretty good. The design work was good, and the crews actually doing the work were good. I can't remember their responsiveness, and punctuality. I have recommended New Garden, and I would use them again.

We saw them in the neighborhood working on other houses and we heard they had a great reputation.

They are really high priced. They never returned our phone calls or showed up on time. The job they did was good. The only problem was getting them here to do it.

They are very good. Their prices are comparable. I would give them a 'B' in punctuality because of weather issues so I don’t know if that is fair. They stay and work in the rain though.

Jason was great. He came out six or seven times. They did a great job. This was a couple years ago. When they installed the drain they did it after they seeded the lawn. They had to dig a trench to allow the water recede from the house. They had to keep coming back to have the same area receded a couple times.

Because they had handled the yardwork for previous owners we continued their service despite what appeared to be its high cost. We expected they would do everything listed in their very detailed contract. We also asked that they work with us to improve the landscaping under a separate contract at separate cost. We became very dissatisfied with their regular service as it consisted mostly of the "blow and go" variety, with little care or attention given to work required. It was necessary to call often to get any of the extended services listed in the contract performed, and they always seemed to be surprised that it was listed in the contract at all. They did send out a supervisor to put together a proposed landscaping scheme, and after spending perhaps an hour or more with us walking around and making suggestions he left with a promise to put together a proposal. We never heard another word about that. My calls to speak to someone regarding the landscaping proposal went unreturned. Over the time it became clear that they were not interested in our residential work, seeming to prefer the commercial work they perform all around the city. I would not recommend this firm for residential work as they appear to be quite distracted with their larger commercial projects and uninterested in smaller jobs.

Phil, my main contact, is lovely. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I felt like he did a good job of identifying a few areas where I could save money by doing a few of the smaller projects on my own. I'm not sure exactly where things broke down, but when the team got here to do the job, they only got some of the work done. I wasn't here when they finished, so I had to call Phil and ask him to come back and look it over. The debris area in the back was only partly cleaned and tilled, a heavy patch of ivy hadn't been cleaned out, I had thought the team was going to edge along sidewalks and driveway, but I may have been mistaken. There were a lot of old leaves still on the ground. Phil was clearly concerned and wanted to be sure that the job was done right. He sent the team back out. Once again, they only did part of the work. They edged everything (but I had to ask them to do it), cut the back yard to make the leaves more accessible and collected more (but not all) of them. They did not fix the debris area in the back. At this point, I had neither the time or the will to go through the process a third time, so I just let it go and completed the work myself. As much as I liked Phil, I don't think I'd work with this company again.

The price seemed reasonable. They could not do on original date scheduled but sent email that it would be done the following day and was. Very detailed quote and quoted work was done to our satisfaction.

They were on-time. I had some other plants around the area and they were careful not to damage them when I requested they be extra careful. They also cleaned up after themselves very well by removing the leaves and limbs.

We selected New Garden based on their local reputation. The architect was professional, as was the installation crew. The design was great, but I was surprised to find that the estimate did not include all of the plants that were part of the plan. The drip irrigation work failed to take the slope of our lot into account, resulting in too much water being delivered to some areas and not enough to others. We had a number of plants and a tree replaced under warranty because they failed to thrive. Getting the architect to respond to our requests for assistance was easy, but the warranty response time was quite long. Overall, I wouldn't select New Garden again. Being new to the area, we were lulled into thinking that New Garden was "the way to go." Subsequently, we obtained bids for several projects and New Garden has always been the high bidder. On our most recent project, they were ten times (10x) more expensive than the winning bidder. New Garden does very nice work but I don't believe that their premium is justified.

THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS FOR US FOR YEARS AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ALWAYS WORK HARD AND ASK US IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. THEY ARE JUST GREAT TO US.

THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK. ALL THE TREES ARE TRIMMED PROPERLY. ALL THE SHRUBS ARE TRIMMED. THEY ARE HERE EVERY THURSDAY AT THE SAME TIME. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE.

THEY'RE THE BEST I KNOW IN THE BUSINESS AND AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY'RE FIRST CLASS PEOPLE IN EVERY WAY. THEY EVEN CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS PLEASED. YOU CAN'T BELIEVE THE GREAT SERVICE.
