I was definitely impressed with the service and quality of the work that was done in my home. I enjoyed the personal attitude that the workers had as well as the reasonable prices. They company really took their time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with my new equipment. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are great!

I love the way we were treated by all of the employees. They were really nice and took good care of our needs and our home. Our furnace works great. We have not had any problems with it or the way it was installed for us.

Obviously, it would have been my preference to not have had this situation occur in the first place, so I contacted the company. I had paid them $12,000-14,000 for the HVAC unit and installation and something had gone wrong. I can not say enough about how this company owned up to their mistake. They sent wine to us and they fixed he entire ceiling so that it looked brand new. I was so impressed that despite our unfortunate situation, I would use them again. A good company takes responsibility for their mistakes. This was a rare situation and they handled it beautifully. I would still give them all A's for their work but my overall experience would be a C just, because of the unfortunate circumstances. It should be noted that this company covered the costs of all damages done to our home due to this incident.

Both our new furnace and air conditioner has worked great since they were installed. Both of the units were installed on the same day in about two hours. The men who installed the furnace and air conditioner were really nice and respectful of our property.

Johns was a wonderful company. I was thoroughly pleased with their work. They are a fantastic company and for this reason I continue to give them my business time and time again. I have found the company to charge reasonable prices, do thorough work and exemplify respect towards me as a customer.

I have had no additional leaks anywhere so that is great. I had no clue until a neighbor said water was running from my yard and flooding the cul-de-sac. John's came right over and shut the water off. They brought out a backhoe and started digging and fixed it that day. I used them before for things like toilet repair and they always treated me fairly. I paid extra for the copper pipes but I think the peace of mind was worth it. The only bad part was waiting on my grass to grow back over the hole.

I think that the company did a good job, and I was rather pleased with the service. They made sure to come the same day that I called with no problems at all. The price, to me, seemed pretty reasonable as well. I would recommend this company to other people as well.

I have used this company a couple of times in the past and they always treated me good. I had know problem calling them in for this big job. They did not let me down at all. Our old furnace was taken out and the new one installed in just two days, if I remember correctly. They were time and I was very happy with the price they charged me.

It only took them about four hours to totally change out our gas water heater for an electric water heater. They made sure that they capped off the old gas lines and everything. The new water heater works really well and costs us a lot less to operate. The man who installed the water heater really knew what he was doing and answered all of our questions about the installation before he began any work.

I have used this company for many years. They also come and service my heating and air conditions. There has never been a time when they have missed an appointment or been late. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Was due to arrive between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Called to announce earlier arrival. Arrived 10:50 a.m. Did careful inspection, pointed out likely solutions to problems, recommended action, gave estimates for each task. Very cordial, friendly, considerate.

WHEN WE FIRST MOVED HERE, SOME ONE RECOMMENDED THEM TO US. THEY ARE NOT A NATIONAL CHAIN, SO WE FEEL THAT WE RECEIVE BETTER QUALITY SERVICE FROM FOLKS WHO GREW UP HERE.

THEY GOT THE LEAK IN THE PIPS FIXED AND NOW THEY DON'T LEAK. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME IN THE MORNINGS BUT THEY WERE LATE A COUPLE OF TIMES AFTER LUNCH, BUT IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL.

WHEN WE CALLED THEM ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON, THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL MONDAY, SO WE WERE NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A BIT OF A HASSLE AND NOT ALL THE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN SOLVED YET.

THEY GAVE ME A SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT, SO I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY AND GOOD PEOPLE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND A LITTLE MORE. THEY'RE EXCELLENT.

JOHN'S PLUMBING CAN FIX ANYTHING, AND I HAVE ALWAYS CALLED THEM FOR MY WATER AND AC PROBLEMS. THE GUY ALWAYS SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, AND IF HE CAN'T, HE LETS ME KNOW.

The work that has been done so far is pretty basic. This company has done well so far. They've cleaned up well after themselves and kept our system running smoothly.

I had a very good experience with this company. I will not be afraid to call him again. I have no problems with the work he has done. He is wonderful.

John's Plumbing has very nice people. They always explain what they need to fix and the reason for it. I have also hired them in the past for a couple of different jobs, and I will continue to hire them in the future as well.

Johns Plumbing solved the problem in the most efficient way possible. It took all day, but it was taken care of. I would recommend them.
