They were prompt, they were on time, they were very business like, they immediately went to work and clear the blockage on the line.

I'd give them all "A's". I'd continue to use them. I also got my last air conditioner from them because they had the best price. They are reliable.

I had estimates from 2 companies and the reason Johns got it was because they were less expensive. But both companies were both good and communicated the details very well. The only reason they got it was the pricing. They've done work for my daughter and my son and a bunch of other people I know. It would be an "A" all the way through. I would continue to use them.

Johns Plumbing did a great job diagnosing the problem and quickly replacing the worn out sewer pump with one they had in stock on a Saturday evening. They came out soon after the initial call to report water backed up in our basement washer and dryer room. Thanks for quick and efficient job.

Upon returning from a business trip, the babysitter informed me that the AC went out the night before. I have used Johns Plumbing for plumbing issues and have received prompt and professional service. I contacted Johns this evening when I realized the issue was more than just pushing a reset button. Johns had a technician at my home in less than an hour on a weekend. Unfortunately, the issue was as bad as I had feared: my 16 year old unit won't hold any coolant and needs to be replaced. They are postponing charging me the $95 for the service call - if I purchase the new unit from Johns, the fee for the weekend service call will be waived. No, I don't have any AC yet, but the tech was prompt, did what he could, and I'm hoping to have a new AC unit after the weekend.

About 10 years ago, I had an A/C issue. I had another company come out and they told me I needed a whole new system. I found John's and called about a second opinion. They came out and looked at my system, and you will not believe this. They took the cover off my thermostat, and blew the lint off of it, and it has worked ever since. I have used them for HVAC issues and plumbing issues and I will continue to use them because they are honest and reliable and are not just out to get my money. I trust them.

Everything great, Daniel showed up bright and early to meet with the installers (Ben and Max). Both Ben and Max got started right away installing the Water heater. They were here all day on Tuesday getting the new water lines and propane lines installed and mounting the Water Heater in the Garage. Daniel set up for the inspector to come out on Wednesday and everything when great with that. The Installer came back out on Friday to dismantle the old water heater and turn the Tankless Water Heater on. They were all very professional. Daniel even registered the unit for us. My husband was very pleased with the work. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Johns Plumbing HVAC were wonderful. Our water heater died on a Friday and they came right out. They drove to another city to get the part we needed. They made sure we had hot water for the weekend. They were real good. I would use them for sure again.

They were great. Very easy to work with. I was able to get all of the information on one phone call and scheduled the appointment for later in the week. The person showed up promptly at the scheduled time and they did the requested work in the estimated time frame. Their office was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional and I was able to handle the billing and payment separate from the service call so I did not have to involve my employees in the payment. They have a nice feature where the detailed work order is signed to acknowledge it is completed and then e-mailed to the customer at the conclusion of the work. We did have one very minor glitch where a valve was left turned off but they resolved it immediately over the phone and were very responsive. The final invoice was exactly the amount of their estimate. Overall, I was very pleased with this provider and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I am extremely pleased with Johns Plumbing, Heating and Air. My tenant called to tell me that his water heater died last night - when it was freezing cold out - and Johns had a technician out to fix it at 9:30 p.m. In spite of the freezing cold weather, the tech was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. We needed a new one, which was not unexpected considering the age of the existing system. So, the tech was back first thing this morning (a Saturday) - with a smile - and got the new system installed. Very reasonable price, especially considering that this is both after hours and on a weekend. I highly recommend Johns' services. Outstanding!

He went right to work and no doubt he knew exactly what he was doing. I didnt mind the cost because he did a great job.

Arrived on time and very professional. Sorry to say they noticed immediately we don't have the necessary valve, but will get back to us with an estimate on installing it. Impressed with their professionalism and information.

The company sent out two clueless kids who basically turned on the water and went outside to have a cigarette. Of course they didn't notice the water pouring out of the garage ceiling from the burst pipe. I threw them off the job. Find a plumbing contractor who employs actual plumbers- the results will probably be better than what I experienced. I would never even consider using these guys again.

Two workers. One knowledgable and the other just a helper. Looked over the situation and gave me a quote of $442 for what was basically a sink installation -- LABOR ONLY. I thought this was pretty expensive and out of line, but quite honestly didn't want to have to pay them for the visit and then start all over again. (Of course, they know this.) I told them okay. The job turned out to be a bit more involved than they expected. They were unable to install the soap dispenser that came with the sink. That was very unfortunate and not what they had promised. They left the seal around the new sink in a pretty messy condition. I ended up having to clean all that mess up myself. After working for a couple of hours, the lead worker said he would have to charge me an extra $100, because the job was harder than he had anticipated. $542?!?!?! To install a sink?!?!? I told him no, but that I would agree to pay them $500 total. That was perhaps a mistake on my part (I don't like changing the price of something in the middle of a job), but I was trying to be fair. In summary: The finished job was (at best) a Grade and quot;Cand quot;. I have a very expensive sink with no soap dispenser and I had to do the final caulk clean up myself. Is it terrible? No. Was it worth $500? No. Were they professional? No. I would NOT use them again for ANY plumbing job.

We have used Johns for approx. 7 years for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. We have used them at two different addresses. We have always found them to be professional and their services of the highest quality, so there was no question who we would use for our recent bathroom renovation. The estimate seemed high but there was a lot of work to be done, so the estimate was accepted. The technician performed the work, and my contractor reviewed it and said it was unacceptable. The bathtub moved when touched and the shower line was not attached to the wall. Johns sent a different technician to resolve these problems. When they removed the tub, it turned out that there was no supports holding it in place! But the new technician would not set the tub. He said the floor was not level and he did not want to drill through the side of the tub and compromise the tub's integrity to bring it level. He said it was the contractor's job to make sure the floor was level. I called my contractor, who said it was the plumber's job to install a tub properly. They compromised by having the technician from Johns make sure the tub was level by supporting it on a guide rail, but the tub could still be removed so the contractor could fix it in place the following day. My contractor had to remove the tub, pour a mortar bed, and attach the tub to the wall (NOTE: the instructions for this tub said it was a and quot;direct-to-stud installation,and quot; so it was designed to be drilled). We then thought all plumbing problems were resolved, until we tried to put in the toilet and the tub spout. The pipe for the spout was too long and had no male end to screw into the spout, and the toilet water line stuck out so far from the wall that the toilet could not be put in place. We called Johns and they promptly set another technician out on the next business day, and they fixed these problems. It must be mentioned that every single person at Johns was extremely courteous. The receptionist made sure my complaints were answered promptly, and the technicians who came out to fix the problems made every effort to put things right. However, the technicians did not catch the problems with the toilet and spout when they returned to fix the problems with the tub. These problems set the renovation back by several days. All in all, I feel that we did not get sufficient value based on what we paid.

Always get an estimate before you have them do work, because the work seems to be cheaper with an estimate rather than them just coming out and doing the work.

Johns Plumbing arrived on schedule, both plumbers were courteous and professional, and they quickly completed their tasks with one plumber working on one item while the other worked on another. They asked if I wanted to keep the old parts. I appreciate that they did not assume one way or the other. They explained the work that was done. Everything was completed in about an hour and 15 minutes. I rated their price as a B because charging $64.95 for a diagnostic charge has nothing to do with diagnosing since the work to be done was obvious and there was no testing involved.

At 11:45am on the day of our daughter’s college graduation and 6 hours before we were expecting 60 people to arrive to celebrate with us, I turned on the faucet and no water came out. Being on a well, we knew to check all the obvious scenarios and determined it was something we were going to need some help with. We called John’s Plumbing,a company we have use regularly over the years. The folks on the phone were very helpful and sympathetic to our situation. They were fully booked but asked me to hold and when they returned they informed me that they already had someone on the way. They arrived just prior to us leaving for the ceremony and they quickly determined that our problem was due to a worn out water tank. They were confident that it could be replaced so we left them to work and went on to the ceremony. When we returned home the water tank had been replaced and we had running water! Our guests arrived 2 hours later and we had a wonderful celebration. I have always appreciated the prompt, courteous and professional service I have received from John’s Plumbing and now I will forever appreciate John’s Plumbing for helping us to be able to go forward with our special plans for that day!

We called Johns, because our central air conditioning was not cooling. At first they said it might be up to a week, the next day Johns called at 9:00 am and the technician, said he would come over in 30 minutes.

The service and good and the AC unit works 5 years later.
